Abstract
Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia, Indonesia memiliki lebih dari 17.000 pulau. Membentang di garis khatulistiwa antara Samudera Hindia dan Pasifik. Indonesia memiliki pulau-pulau yang indah, salah satunya adalah pulau Bali. Menurut data terbaru yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Bali pada tanggal 1 Februari 2024, jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara mencapai 481.646 kunjungan selama bulan Desember 2023. Pulau Nusa Penida yang terletak di sebelah tenggara Bali, sebelum menjadi tujuan wisata, masyarakat menyebutnya sebagai "Pulau Ilmu Hitam" karena sejarahnya yang terkait dengan kepercayaan masyarakat setempat. Salah satu tujuan wisata yang terkenal di Nusa Penida adalah Pantai Crystal Bay. Sebagai destinasi wisata yang menarik, dibutuhkan pendekatan inovatif dalam mengembangkan infrastruktur pariwisata. Desain restoran mewah terapung memberikan daya tarik baru di Bali sebagai tujuan wisata internasional dan domestik. Struktur Very Large Floating structures (VLFS) tipe ponton dipilih sebagai konsep untuk mewujudkan inovasi restoran mewah terapung. Kelebihan dari struktur terapung tipe ponton adalah memberikan stabilitas struktur yang optimal, dan meminimalisir resiko dampak lingkungan. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah menghitung kapasitas penumpang restoran fine dining terapung, menentukan dimensi utama, membuat rencana garis dan gambar rencana umum, serta melakukan analisis ekonomi. Tahapan ini meliputi mempelajari dan mengumpulkan teori-teori yang relevan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan untuk tugas akhir.

Indonesia as a world largest archipelago, Indonesia had over 17,000 island. Stertching across the equator between the Indian and Pacific Oceans. Indonesia have beautiful island one of them is Bali island. According to the latest data unveiled by the Bali Central Bureau of statistics on 1st of February 2024, the influx of foreign tourists reached 481,646 visits during December 2023. Nusa Penida Island, located southeast of Bali, before becoming a tourist destionation, people call it “Black Magic Island” because of the history is intertwined with local beliefs. One of the famous destination in Nusa Penida is Crystal Bay Beach. As an appealing tourist destination, requires an innovative approach in developing tourism infrastructure. The design of floating fine dining restaurant provides a new attraction in Bali as a International and domestic tourist destination. Pontoon-type Very Large Floating structures (VLFS) was chosen as the concept to realize the floating fine dining restaurant innovation. The advantages of Pontoon-typer Very Large Floating Structures (VLFS) is providing optimal structural stability, and minimizing the risk of environmental impact. This final assignment's objectives are to calculate the floating fine dining restaurant's passenger capacity, establish its primary dimensions, produce line plans and general layout drawings, and conduct an economic analysis. This stage involves studying and gathering relevant theories in order to solve issues for the final project.
