Abstract
Polusi udara menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi kesehatan manusia, dan di perparah lagi dengan peningkatan aktivitas industri yang sangat berdampak pada manusia, jenis pencemaran udara seperti NH₃, Particulate Matter (PM 2,5) dan SO₂ dapat menyebabkan sejumlah masalah kesehtan, termasuk iritasi infeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA), COPD, dan bahkan kanker paru-paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan udara industri yang efektif dan berbasis teknologi, dengan fokus pada pengukuran parameter mengandung konsentrasi partikulat PM2.5, NH₃, dan SO₂ salah satu faktor penyebab polusi udara yaitu polusi yang dihasilkan beberapa industri terutama di daerah gresik terdapat banyak Industri yang menyebabkan polusi tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, telah berhasil dilakukan uji validasi komponen dimana dihasilkan kadar Ammonia yang diukur oleh sensor MQ-137 dengan akurasi sebesar 99,83%, Kadar Sulfur Dioksida yang diukur oleh sensor MQ-136 dengan akurasi sebesar 98,16%, serta sensor PMS5003 memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 99,11%. Sistem monitoring online yang ditampilkan pada website serta sistem monitoring offline menggunakan LCD 4x20 berhasil menampilkan data SO₂, NH₃, PM2,5. Selain itu, early warning system berfungsi sesuai dengan parameter di setiap kondisi. Sistem monitoring yang telah diuji memiliki performa dengan waktu delay rata-rata sebesar 0,16 detik antara monitoring online dan offline. Waktu delay tersebut diakibatkan karena koneksi internet yang kurang baik sehingga mempengaruhi proses pengiriman data dari hardware ke database.

Air pollution is the main factor that affects human health, and this is made worse by the increase in industrial activities which have a big impact on humans, types of air pollution such as NH₃, Particulate Matter (PM 2.5) and SO₂ can cause a number of health problems, including irritation, respiratory tract infections. acute respiratory infection (ARI), COPD, and even lung cancer. This research aims to design and implement an effective and technology-based industrial air monitoring system, with a focus on measuring parameters containing concentrations of PM2.5, NH₃ and SO₂ particulates, one of the factors causing air pollution, namely pollution produced by several industries, especially in the Gresik area. Many industries cause this pollution. In this research, component validation tests have been successfully carried out, resulting in Ammonia levels measured by the MQ-137 sensor with an accuracy of 99.83%, Sulfur Dioxide levels measured by the MQ-136 sensor with an accuracy of 98.16%, and the PMS5003 sensor. has an accuracy value of 99.11%. The online monitoring system displayed on the website as well as the offline monitoring system using a 4x20 LCD successfully displays SO₂, NH₃, PM2.5 data. Apart from that, the early warning system functions according to the parameters in each condition. The monitoring system that has been tested has performance with an average delay time of 0,16 seconds between online and offline monitoring. The delay time is caused by a poor internet connection which affects the process of sending data from the hardware to the database.
