Abstract

Operasi pengeboran adalah kegiatan utama dalam pertanian dan pemanenan minyak dan gas untuk diubah menjadi bahan bakar yang akan bermanfaat bagi banyak entitas dan orang. Pengeboran operasional adalah salah satu kegiatan paling berisiko dalam industri minyak dan gas dengan peluang tinggi menyebabkan cedera, kerusakan lingkungan dan banyak lagi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan analisis dan penilaian risiko menyeluruh mengenai proses operasional untuk meminimalkan kerusakan yang mungkin ditimbulkan risiko tersebut pada proses tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kembali risiko dan menemukan risiko mana yang lebih kritis daripada yang lain, sambil merekomendasikan tindakan mitigasi yang akan membantu perusahaan mengurangi risiko ekspedisi yang mereka pegang sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam memvisualisasikan penyebab ini adalah dengan menggunakan mode Kegagalan dan analisis efek sambil menggunakan penilaian ulang dan evaluasi ulang dengan menegakkan ISO 31000: 2018 sebagai dasar penilaian risiko. Identifikasi risiko divalidasi dengan wawancara seseorang dengan latar belakang berpengalaman yang akan dianggap memadai dan cukup. Identifikasi risiko yang diperoleh dari wawancara yang memperoleh mode kegagalan, kemungkinan penyebab, dan efek dan telah dikumpulkan dan dinilai sejumlah total 364 risiko gabungan. Memperoleh RPN yang akan digunakan untuk memperoleh prioritas risiko setiap proses dan mengumpulkan tingkat risiko berdasarkan kontribusi yang mengkategorikan respons risiko mengurangi risiko, mentransfer risiko, menerima risiko, dan menghindari risiko, dengan total 60%, 25%, 11%, dan 4% digabungkan di semua proses. Dengan memanfaatkan penilaian, perusahaan akan dapat mencapai risiko dengan respons risiko dan prioritas risiko untuk meminimalkan kerusakan. Namun, penelitian ini dapat memanfaatkan gambaran menyeluruh dan perhitungan mengenai risiko keuangan untuk memaksimalkan output manajemen risiko dan kecukupan proses.

Drilling operation is the main activity in farming and harvesting the oil and gas to be converted into fuels that would be beneficiary to lots of entities and people. Operational drilling is one of the riskiest activities in the oil and gas Industry with a high chance of causing injury, environment damage and many more. Therefore, the company needs a thorough risk analysis and assessment regarding the operational process for the minimization of damage the risk might cause for the process. The objective of this research is to reassess the risk and find which risk are more critical than others, whilst recommending mitigation action that would help the company mitigate the risk of their previously held expedition. The methods that are used in visualizing this cause is by using Failure modes and effect analysis whilst using the reassessment and reevaluation by upholding the ISO 31000:2018 as a basis of risk assessment. The risk identification is validated by interview of a person with an experienced background which will be assumed as adequate and sufficient. Risk identification that acquired from the interview that obtained the failure modes, probable causes, and effects and has accumulated and assessed an amount total of 364 combined risk. Obtaining the RPN which will be used to acquire risk prioritization of each process and collecting risk level based on the contribution that categorized the risk response mitigate risk, transfer risk, accept risk, and avoid risk, with a total of 60%, 25%, 11%, and 4% respectively combined across all processes. Utilizing the assessment, the company would be able to attain the risk by the risk response and risk prioritization for damage minimization. However, this research could utilize a thorough overview and calculation regarding the financial risk to maximize the output of risk management and process adequation.
