Abstract
Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang ketat, efisiensi dan efektivitas rantai pasok menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan perusahaan. Kompetisi sekarang terjadi di antara supply chains, bukan hanya antar perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus bijak dalam mengelola Supply Chain Management (SCM) untuk mencapai kinerja optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kematangan Supply Chain Analytics (SCA) di PT XYZ menggunakan model kematangan yang komprehensif. Meskipun telah mengadopsi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 dan ERP dengan SAP, PT XYZ masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga efisiensi dan responsivitas terhadap permintaan pasar yang dinamis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan Supply Chain Analytics di PT XYZ berada pada level 2, yang berarti masih terdapat banyak ruang untuk peningkatan. Beberapa area kritis yang membutuhkan perhatian adalah peramalan yang tidak akurat, ketidakpastian dalam kualifikasi dan verifikasi supplier, kegagalan sistem produksi, ketidakoptimalan rute distribusi, dan manajemen garansi yang tidak efektif. Rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan level kematangan mencakup adopsi alat analitik yang lebih canggih seperti IBM Planning Analytics untuk integrasi perencanaan yang lebih mendalam, peningkatan dukungan manajemen puncak dalam pengadaan, dan penggunaan sistem penjadwalan produksi canggih seperti Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS). Implementasi alat SCA yang canggih dapat membantu mengelola aliran material dan informasi lebih efisien, meningkatkan akurasi peramalan, dan mengurangi ketidakpastian operasional, sehingga meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, PT XYZ dapat mencapai kinerja rantai pasok yang lebih tinggi dan meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar.

In the era of globalization and intense business competition, supply chain efficiency and effectiveness are key factors for a company's success. Competition now occurs between supply chains, not just between companies. Therefore, companies must be wise in managing Supply Chain Management (SCM) to achieve optimal performance. This research aims to study the maturity of Supply Chain Analytics (SCA) at PT XYZ using a comprehensive maturity model. Even though it has adopted the ISO 9001 quality management system and ERP with SAP, PT XYZ still faces challenges in maintaining efficiency and responsiveness to dynamic market demands. The research results show that the Supply Chain Analytics maturity level at PT XYZ is at level 2, which means there is still a lot of room for improvement. Some critical areas to pay attention to are inaccurate forecasting, supplier qualification and verification, production system failures, non-optimization of distribution routes, and ineffective warranty management. Recommended strategies to increase maturity levels include the use of more advanced analytical tools such as IBM Planning Analytics for deeper planning integration, increased top management support in procurement, and the use of advanced production scheduling systems such as Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS). The implementation of advanced SCA tools can help manage material and information flows more efficiently, increase broadcast accuracy and reduce operations, thereby increasing a company's competitiveness. With the right strategy, PT XYZ can achieve higher supply chain performance and increase its competitiveness in the market.
