Abstract

Persaingan di era industri 4.0 sangat kompetitif sehingga menuntut sebuah perusahaan untuk selalu melakukan inovasi dan improvement agar bisa bersaing dan survive. Proses inovasi dan improvement ini tidak terkecuali dilakukan juga oleh perusahaan pembiayaan. Kondisi layanan proses pengajuan kredit yang lama, pekerjaan yang berulang (re-work), produktivitas yang rendah, menjadi beberapa permasalahan yang di hadapi di perusahaan pembiayaan. Salah satu metodologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi leadtime proses kredit adalah menggunakan konsep Lean Service. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sebagai salah satu alat (tools) di Lean Service yang merupakan metode untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas yang punya nilai tambah (value added) dan aktivitas yang tidak punya nilai tambah (non value added) atau waste. Pemborosan (waste) yang teridentifikasi dan sering terjadi di proses layanan kredit dicari akar masalahnya dengan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 41,7% waste dalam proses pengajuan aplikasi kredit di perusahaan pembiayaan dengan leadtime proses kredit 211 menit. Ada 8 jenis aktivitas waste yang teridentifikasi yang dikelompokkan ke dalam 5 jenis waste : defect sebesar 12,5%; waiting/delay sebesar 50%; over processing sebesar 12,5%; lack of standarization sebesar 12,5% dan movement needless sebesar 12,5%, kedelapan jenis waste ini dilakukan pemeringkatan dengan menggunakan metode Borda Count Method (BCM). Berdasarkan hukum pareto enam dari delapan aktivitas waste di analisa menggunakan Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Improvement yang dilakukan atas penyebab akar masalah dari waste yang terjadi bisa mempercepat leadtime proses kredit dari 211 menit menjadi 128 menit atau turun 39,33% dan porsi waste nya dari 41,7% menjadi 3,9%.

Competition in the Industrial era 4.0 is very competitive, requiring a company to always make innovations and improvements in order to compete and survive. This process of innovation and improvement is also carried out by multifinance company. Several conditions as time to credit process is to long, re-work, low productivity, are some of the problems faced in multifinace companies. One methodology to improve service quality, increase productivity and reduce leadtime credit process is to use the Lean Service concept. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) as one of the tools in Lean Service is a method of indentify activities that have added value and activities that have no added value or waste. The identified waste that frequently occurs in the credit service process is reduced by identifying the root of the problem through Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The results of the analysis with VSM showed 41,7% waste in the the credit service process at the mutifinance company with a leadtime credit process of 211 minutes. There are 8 types of waste activities identified which are grouped into 5 types of waste : defect by 12,5%; waiting/delay by 50%; over processing by 12,5%; lack of standarization by 12,5%; and needless movement by 12,5%, these 8 types of waste are ranked using the Borda Count Method (BCM). With pareto concept 6 of the 8 waste activities were analyzed using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to get the root causes. Improvement project made to the root causes of the waste that occur can accelerate the leadtime credit process from 211 minutes to 128 minutes or declines 39,33%. Portion of waste activities declines from 41,7% to 3,9%.
