Abstract
Industri minyak dan gas di Indonesia menggunakan fasilitas anjungan lepas pantai (offshore platform) yang merupakan bangunan lepas pantai yang digunakan untuk pengambilan, pengolahan, dan penyimpanan minyak dan gas. Sesuai kebijakan pemerintah, anjungan lepas pantai yang sudah habis masa beroperasinya akan dilakukan penutupan dan pemulihan fasilitas lingkungan. Disisi lain, menurut kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia tahun 2018 bahwa gas bumi yang dimanfaatkan untuk LNG Domestik sebesar 5,64% dan LNG Ekspor sebesar 29,37% sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pemanfaatan LNG di Indonesia lebih banyak digunakan untuk ekspor. Pemanfaatan anjungan lepas pantai untuk Terminal LNG perlu memperhatikan beberapa faktor, salah satunya umur dari struktur anjungan lepas pantai. Penelitian ini menghasilkan struktur anjungan lepas pantai memiliki nilai tegangan maksimum yang berbeda-beda sesuai dimensi dan beban dari masing-masing struktur. Struktur L-COM memiliki nilai tegangan maksimum sebesar 114,15 MPa, Struktur L-SER memiliki nilai tegangan maksimum sebesar 128 MPa, Struktur L-PRO memiliki nilai tegangan maksimum sebesar 113,19 MPa, dan Struktur L-A memiliki nilai tegangan maksimum sebesar 116,65 MPa. Analisis struktur anjungan lepas pantai menggunakan metode Simplified Fatigue Method dengan memperhatikan proteksi katodik yang terjadi walaupun proses analisis hanya menggunakan data as built drawing menghasilkan struktur L-COM memiliki sisa umur sebesar 23,12 tahun, struktur L-SER memiliki sisa umur sebesar 39,28 tahun, struktur L-PRO memiliki sisa umur sebesar 29,01 tahun, struktur L-A memiliki sisa umur sebesar 21,59 tahun. Tidak diperlukan reinforcement dikarenakan semua sisa umur dari struktur anjungan lepas pantai memenuhi 15 tahun umur ketika dimanfaatkan sebagai terminal LNG berdasarkan owner requirement.

The oil and gas industry in Indonesia uses offshore platform facilities, which are offshore structures used for extracting, processing and storing oil and gas. In accordance with government policy, offshore platforms that have expired will be closed and environmental facilities will be restored. On the other hand, according to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018, natural gas used for Domestic LNG was 5.64% and Export LNG was 29.37%, so it can be concluded that LNG use in Indonesia is mostly used for exports. The use of offshore platforms for LNG terminals requires attention to several factors, one of which is the age of the offshore platform structure. This research results in offshore platform structures having maximum stress values that vary according to the dimensions and load of each structure. The L-COM structure has a maximum stress value of 114.15 MPa, the L-SER structure has a maximum stress value of 128 MPa, the L-PRO structure has a maximum stress value of 113.19 MPa, and the L-A structure has a maximum stress value of 116. 65 MPa. Analysis of offshore platform structures using the Simplified Fatigue Method by paying attention to cathodic protection that occurs even though the analysis process only uses dataas built drawing resulting in the L-COM structure having a remaining life of 23.12 years, the L-SER structure having a remaining life of 39.28 years, the L-PRO structure having a remaining life of 29.01 years, the L-A structure having a remaining life of 21.59 years. Not required reinforcement because all the remaining life of the offshore platform structure meets 15 years of life when used as an LNG terminal based onowner requirement.
