Abstract
Persaingan global yang semakin ketat, perusahaan tidak hanya dituntut untuk fokus pada keuntungan finansial tetapi juga pada kontribusi sosial dan lingkungan. Salah satu perusahaan yang aktif dalam hal ini adalah PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Surabaya (ITS), sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di sektor energi. Perusahaan ini terlibat dalam program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di Kelurahan Jambangan. Kelurahan ini menghadapi berbagai masalah seperti kemiskinan, pengangguran, dan kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak program CSR yang dijalankan oleh PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Surabaya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan lingkungan di Kelurahan Jambangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan praktisi CSR, penerima manfaat CSR, dan masyarakat setempat. Sementara itu, data sekunder berasal dari dokumen perusahaan dan sumber lainnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program CSR, seperti Geblak Jambangan dan SATU PADU PT Pertamina ITS, berhasil memberikan dua dampak utama. Dampak pertama adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, yang terlihat dari peningkatan aspek pendidikan, ekonomi, dan keterlibatan aktif pemerintah dalam mendukung inisiatif CSR PT Pertamina ITS. Dampak kedua adalah peningkatan kualitas lingkungan, yang ditandai dengan pengurangan pencemaran dan pelestarian sumber daya alam.

In an increasingly competitive global environment, companies are not only required to focus on financial profits but also on social and environmental contributions. One of the companies active in this area is PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Surabaya (ITS), a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in the energy sector. This company is involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in Jambangan Subdistrict. This subdistrict faces various problems such as poverty, unemployment, and environmental damage. This research examines the impact of the CSR programs implemented by PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Surabaya on the welfare of the community and the environment in Jambangan Subdistrict. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Primary data were obtained through observations and interviews with CSR practitioners, CSR beneficiaries, and local residents. Meanwhile, secondary data came from company documents and other sources. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of CSR programs, such as Geblak Jambangan and SATU PADU PT Pertamina ITS, has successfully provided two main impacts. The first impact is the improvement of community welfare, as evidenced by improvements in education, the economy, and active government involvement in supporting PT Pertamina ITS's CSR initiatives. The second impact is the enhancement of environmental quality, marked by reduced pollution and the preservation of natural resources
