Abstract
Surabaya merupakan kota terbesar di Jawa Timur dan merupakan pusat perdagangan utama di Indonesia bagian Timur. Dengan populasi lebih dari 3 juta jiwa, Surabaya menjadi salah satu kota metropolitan terpadat di Indonesia. Kehadiran industri dan pelabuhan yang maju menjadikan Surabaya sebagai target bisnis yang menarik, termasuk untuk pengembangan bisnis hotel baik skala internasional maupun domestik. Hotel-hotel mewah maupun ekonomis tersebar luas di seluruh penjuru kota, menyediakan berbagai fasilitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan dan pelaku bisnis yang berkunjung ke Surabaya. Salah satu contoh strategis dalam pengembangan hotel di Surabaya adalah redesain D'Horizon Rental Office and Hotel. Redesain ini bertujuan untuk membedakan hotel dari hotel yang lain dengan mengoptimalkan fungsionalitasnya untuk berbagai jenis pengunjung, mulai dari pelaku bisnis hingga wisatawan non-bisnis. Perubahan interior dan peningkatan layanan diupayakan dapat mempertahankan tingkat kenyamanan yang tinggi, memberikan pengalaman baik bagi para tamu serta mendukung kegiatan kerja yang efisien bagi pengunjung. Artikel ini merinci proses perencanaan, strategi desain, dan pendekatan interior yang diterapkan dalam proyek redesain, serta dampak positifnya terhadap D'Horizon Hotel Surabaya. Melalui langkah-langkah ini, tidak hanya akan memperbarui tampilan hotel, tetapi juga memperkaya pengalaman dan produktivitas para pebisnis yang memilih menginap di D'Horizon Hotel Surabaya, menjadikan D'Horizon sebagai pilihan utama para pebisnis yang mengunjungi Surabaya.

Surabaya is the largest city in East Java and is the main trade center in Eastern Indonesia. With a population of more than 3 million people, Surabaya is one of the most populous metropolitan cities in Indonesia. The presence of advanced industry and ports makes Surabaya an attractive business target, including for developing the hotel business on both an international and domestic scale. Luxury and economy hotels are spread throughout the city, providing various facilities to meet the needs of tourists and businessman visiting Surabaya. One strategic example in hotel development in Surabaya is the redesign of the D'Horizon Rental Office and Hotel. This project aims to differentiate the hotel from other hotels by optimizing its functionality for various types of visitors, from business travelers to non-business tourists. Interior changes and service improvements are sought to maintain a high level of comfort, provide a good experience for guests, and support efficient work activities for visitors. This article details the planning process, design strategy and interior approach applied in the project, as well as its positive impact on D'Horizon Hotel Surabaya. Through these steps, it is certain that this project will not only improve the appearance of the hotel, but also enrich the experience and productivity of businessman who choose to stay at D'Horizon Rental Office and Hotel Surabaya, making D'Horizon the main choice of accommodation for businessman visiting Surabaya.
