MSMEs have a significant impact on the Indonesian economy and must adapt to technological advancements. However, many MSMEs face challenges in adapting to these technological developments, which can affect their performance. Similarly, the MSMEs fostered by UPTD KST Solo Technopark undergo training in digital business. Organizational ambidexterity helps identify how MSMEs can create new innovations and maximize existing resources. Entrepreneurial orientation, on the other hand, can determine how MSMEs can compete in their market segment amid technological advancements. This study identifies that organizational ambidexterity directly influences entrepreneurial orientation, which in turn affects MSME performance. The data was collected from 161 MSMEs fostered by UPTD KST Solo Technopark using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. A quantitative method with a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was employed. The results of this research emphasize the importance of developing organizational ambidexterity and entrepreneurial orientation to enhance the performance of MSMEs, with digital technology serving as a supporting tool.
