Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber Pendapatan terbesar Negara, yang dipegang oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) langsung dimana pendapatan dari seluruh Wilayah dikumpulkan dan dipegang oleh masing-masing Kantor Operasional seperti Kanwil, Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, dan juga Madya. maka dari itu setiap proses yang terjadi didalamnya harus sesuai dengan ketentuan dan UU KUP yang mengatur tentang Perpajakan di Indonesia. Termasuk Target Tahunan yang harus dicapai dan
realisasinya. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan gambaran kepada masyarakat tentang proses bisnis yang terjadi didalam instansi Perpajakan dan juga sebagai awareness terhadap kewajiban sebagai seorang Wajib Pajak untuk membayarkan Pajaknya dalam membantu Negara membiayai Pengeluaran. Serta memberikan usulan dan rekomendasi untuk dapat meningkatkan efisiensi didalam proses bisnis tersebut.. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan menganalisis data Time Series yang bersifat sekunder menggunakan software
Microsoft Excel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan dari seksi Penilaian, Pemeriksaan, Penagihan (P3) ini sendiri sudah efektif atau tidak.

Tax is the largest source of State Revenue, which is held directly by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), where income from all regions is collected and held by each Operational Office such as the Regional Office, Primary Tax Service Office, and also Madya. therefore, every process that occurs therein must be in accordance with the provisions and Law of the KUP which regulates Taxation in Indonesia. Including Annual Targets that must be achieved and their realization. The results of this research will provide an overview to the public about the business processes that occur within Tax agencies and also provide awareness of the obligation as a Taxpayer to pay taxes to help the State finance Expenditures. As well as providing
suggestions and recommendations to improve efficiency in the business process. This research will use data analysis techniques by analyzing secondary Time Series
data using Microsoft Excel software with the aim of finding out whether the implementation of the Assessment, Inspection, Billing (P3) section itself is effective
or not
