Abstract

Irigasi tetes merupakan sistem irigasi yang cara kerja pemberian air secara langsung ke perakaran tanah pada tanaman dengan menggunakan sistem pengairan tertutup. Irigasi tetes merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberian air pada tanaman melalui zona perakaran tanaman. Irigasi tetes ini dapat menghemat penggunaan air dengan cara mengatur jumlah tetesan. Jumlah tetesan yang diteteskan tergantung pada jenis tanaman, kebutuhan air tanaman. Sistem irigasi ini dapat menghemat pemakaian air untuk tanaman di daerah kering. Sistem irigasi tetes banyak dimanfaatkan pada pengairan tanaman yang berada pada wilayah dengan sedikit air, yang tujuannya untuk meminimalisir penggunaan air sehingga penggunaan air menjadi lebih efisien. Pada penelitian ini akan direncanakan sistem irigasi sawah dengan metode tetes yang sumber airnya didapat dari sumur tanah dalam, dengan menggunakan pipa sebagai media penyalur air. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model jaringan pipa yang diterapkan, debit air yang diperlukan, dan jadwal pengairan yang akan direncanakan.

Drip irrigation is an irrigation system that works by providing water directly to the soil roots of plants using a closed irrigation system. Drip irrigation is a form of providing water to plants through the plant root zone. This drip irrigation can save water usage by controlling the number of droplets. The number of drops dripped depends on the type of plant, the plant's water needs. This irrigation system can save water usage for plants in dry areas. Drip irrigation systems are widely used to irrigate plants in areas with little water, the aim of which is to minimize water use so that water use becomes more efficient. In this research, a rice field irrigation system will be planned using the drip method where the water source is obtained from deep ground wells, using pipes as a water distribution medium. The aim of this research is to find out the pipe network model to be applied, the required water discharge, and the planned irrigation schedule.
