Abstract
Model matematika telah banyak digunakan dalam beberapa bidang, salah satunya yaitu bidang ekologi. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan kontruksi model matematika dengan predasi antar tiga spesies terdiri dari prey (Fitoplankton), predator (Ikan Nike) dan top predator (Hiu Paus) di perairan Gorontalo. Pada predasi tersebut terjadi migrasi yang dilakukan oleh predator dan top predator. Model matematika yang dikontruksi menggunakan konsep metapopulasi dengan tiga wilayah yang dihubungkan oleh satu lintasan. Analisis yang dilakukan pada persamaan diferensial adalah menentukan eksistensi solusi dan menunjukkan bahwa solusi bernilai positif. Dilakukan optimasi untuk mencari proporsi pemanenan ikan Nike di setiap waktu supaya mendapatkan keuntungan maksimum dengan menggunakan Prinsip Maksimum Pontryagin.

Mathematical models have been widely used in several fields, one of which is the field of ecology. In this research, a mathematical model was constructed using predation between three species consisting of prey (phytoplankton), predator (Nike fish) and top predator (whale shark) in Gorontalo waters. During this predation, migration occurs by predators and top predators. The mathematical model constructed uses the metapopulation concept with three regions connected by one path. The analysis carried out on differential equations is to determine the existence of a solution and show that the solution has a positive value. Optimization was carried out to find the proportion of Nike fish harvested at any time in order to obtain maximum profits using Pontryagin’s Maximum Principle.
