Abstract
Sebagai badan yang memiliki tugas penting dalam bidang kepelabuhanan, PT Pelindo menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang jalannya kegiatan di setiap sektor perusahaan. Pada tahun 2017 PT Pelindo menyediakan aplikasi bernama My Pelindo yang merupakan aplikasi terpadu untuk melayani administrasi kepegawaian. Sejak dioperasikan, belum ada evaluasi terkait penggunaan aplikasi My Pelindo, khususnya di PT Pelindo III, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan aplikasi tersebut oleh para pengguna. Untuk mengukur kesuksesan aplikasi My Pelindo menurut pandangan pengguna, digunakan model DeLone and McLean Information System Successs Model (D&M ISSM). Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai PT Pelindo III Sub Region Jawa yang menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Kuesioner disusun berdasarkan enam variabel D&M ISSM, yaitu Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Intention to Use, User Satisfaction, dan Net Benefits. Hasil survei dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) sehingga dapat diketahui hubungan antar variabel dan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan aplikasi My Pelindo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator yang digunakan valid, reliabel, dan signifikan dalam mengukur variabel laten yang bersesuaian. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa Information Quality berpengaruh terhadap Intention to Use dan User Satisfaction, User Satisfaction dan Intention to Use berpengaruh terhadap Net Benefits, serta Net Benefits berpengaruh terhadap Intention to Use dan User Satisfaction.

As an organization with significant responsibilities in the port sector, PT Pelindo implements information technology to support activities across all sectors of the company. In 2017, PT Pelindo introduced an application called My Pelindo, an integrated application for managing personnel administration. Since it was operated, no evaluation has been conducted regarding the usage of My Pelindo, particularly at PT Pelindo III. Therefore, an evaluation is necessary to determine the level of acceptance of the application by its users. To measure the success of My Pelindo application from the users perspective, the DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model (D&M ISSM) was employed. Data were collected through surveys by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Pelindo III Sub Region Java who use the application. The questionnaire was designed based on the six variables of the D&M ISSM, namely Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Intention to Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. The survey results were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to determine the relationships between variables and the factors influencing the success of My Pelindo application. The research results indicate that all indicators used are valid, reliable, and significant in measuring the corresponding latent variables. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that Information Quality affects Intention to Use and User Satisfaction, User Satisfaction and Intention to Use affect Net Benefits, and Net Benefits affect Intention to Use and User Satisfaction.
