Abstract

Kebisingan adalah bunyi yang dianggap sebagai tidak nyaman dan mengganggu dalam tingkat dan waktu tertentu. Dampak dari kebisingan ialah kerusakan pendengaran, gangguan keseimbangan bahkan gangguan psikologis. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pengukuran kebisingan pada area Naptha Processing Unit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi area NPU dan mengevaluasi kebisingan di PT. KPI RU VI, mengidentifikasi parameter objektif akustik linkungan dan mengetahui kesiapan PT. KPI RU VI terhadap ISO 11690-1:2017 dan/atau ISO 11690-2:2020. Pengambilan data secara 3 metode yakni melalui pengukuran Sound Level Meter, Sound Dosimeter dan pengambilan data survei kuesioner. Hasil dari SLM memberikan gambaran bagaimana kondisi kebisingan pada area terkait yakni kebisingan bersifat kontinyu. Pengukuran SLM terdapat 92 titik dan menghasilkan visualisasi pemetaan berupa countor map kebisingan area NPU dan prediksi persebaran kebisingan kilang. Pengukuran data menggunakan Sound Dosimeter memberikan gambaran terkait persentase dosis pekerja terpapar oleh kebisingan. Paparan kebisingan harian yang didapatkan bervariasi yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan tugas kerja tiap pekerja pada area terkait dengan nilai paparan harian terbesar yang didaptkan ialah 104.1 dBA. Hal ini membuktikan bahwasannya area NPU melewati standar nilai ambang batas minimal yang telah ditetapkan Kementerian Ketanagakerjaan Indonesia yakni sebesar 85dBA. Pengambilan data survei kuesioner dilakukan dan terdapat 250 responden dengan hasil 99% dari responden mengetahui dampak kebisingan dan 91% telah melaksanakan tindak pengendalian kebisingan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan kebisingan telah menjadi perhatian bagi kilang terhadap pekerja setempat.

Noise is a sound that is perceived as uncomfortable and disturbing at a certain level and time. The impact of noise is hearing damage, balance disturbance and even psychological disturbance. This research has conducted noise measurement in Naptha Processing Unit area. This study aims to determine the classification of the NPU area and evaluate noise at PT KPI RU VI, identify objective parameters of environmental acoustics and determine the readiness of PT KPI RU VI to ISO 11690-1: 2017 and / or ISO 11690-2: 2020. Data collection in 3 methods, namely through Sound Level Meter measurements, Sound Dosimeter and questionnaire survey data collection. The results of the SLM provide an overview of how noise conditions in related areas are continuous noise. SLM measurements are 92 points and produce visualization mapping in the form of noise countor map of the NPU area and the prediction of the distribution of refinery noise. Data measurement using Sound Dosimeter provides an overview of the percentage of workers' dose exposed to noise. The daily noise exposure obtained varies due to the different work tasks of each worker in the related area with the largest daily exposure value obtained is 104.1 dBA. This proves that the NPU area exceeds the minimum threshold value standard set by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower which is 85dBA. Questionnaire survey data was collected and there were 250 respondents with the results of 99% of respondents knowing the impact of noise and 91% had implemented noise control measures. So it can be concluded that noise has become a concern for the refinery for local workers.
