Abstract

Pembangunan Flyover JPL KM 38+897 Lintas Surabaya - Solo adalah salah satu langkah konkret mempercepat transportasi di daerah maju, meningkatkan pelayanan distribusi barang dan jasa untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan untuk mengurai kemacetan di wilayah Krian. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) bertujuan mengidentifikasi semua faktor yang dapat membahayakan pekerja maupun orang lain (the hazards). Untuk mempertimbangkan kemungkinan bahaya yang dapat terjadi dalam kasus-kasus tertentu dan kemungkinan tingkat keparahan yang bisa terjadi (the risks). Agar pemilik perusahaan dapat merencanakan, mengenalkan, dan memantau langkah-langkah pencegahan untuk memastikan bahwa risiko dapat dikendalikan secara memadai setiap saat.
Pembangunan Flyover JPL KM 38+897 Lintas Surabaya - Solo, teridentifikasi 118 risiko bahaya yang mungkin terjadi dengan 28 risiko bahaya berskala Medium, 63 risiko berskala High, dan 8 risiko berskala Extreme, beserta Hasil perhitungan anggaran biaya penyelenggaraan SMK3 untuk proyek ini sejumlah Rp 3.088.688.980,35- sudah termasuk PPN (11%) dengan nilai kontrak Rp 157,113,547,000.00,- terdapat presentase 1,96590% dari nilai kontrak.

The construction of the JPL KM 38+897 Lintas Surabaya - Solo Flyover is one of the concrete steps to speed up transportation in developed areas, improve distribution services for goods and services to support economic growth, and to reduce congestion in the Krian area. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) aims to identify all factors that can endanger workers and other people (the hazards). To consider the possible dangers that could occur in certain cases and the possible levels of severity that could occur (the risks). So that company owners can plan, introduce and monitor preventive measures to ensure that risks can be adequately controlled at all times.
Construction of Flyover JPL KM 38+897 Lintas Surabaya - Solo, 118 possible hazard risks were identified with 28 Medium-scale hazard risks, 63 High-scale risks, and 8 Extreme-scale risks, along with the results of the calculation of the SMK3 implementation budget for this project in the amount of IDR 3.088.688.980,35- including VAT (11%) with a contract value of IDR 157,113,547,000.00,- with a percentage of 1,96590% of the contract value.
