Abstract

Pada proses produksi kereta api, tentunya membutuhkan alat bantu untuk mempermudah proses produksi. Berdasarkan data kerusakan pada tahun 2023, mesin yang paling sering mengalami kerusakan adalah Overhead Travelling Crane (OTC). OTC merupakan mesin angkat yang digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pengangkatan dan pemindahan beban yang berat atau yang mungkin sulit dilakukan secara manual. Terdapat 3 sistem besar pada OTC yaitu long travel system, cross travel system dan hoist system. Hoist system merupakan komponen paling krusial dalam crane yang berperan dalam pergerakan naik dan turun benda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas mengenai penentuan waktu optimum pemeliharaan preventif hoist system pada OTC menggunakan metode Geometric Process. Waktu optimum untuk melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan pada hoist system OTC 40 adalah saat mengalami kerusakan ketiga dengan estimasi rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp25.737.980,00. Waktu optimum untuk melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan pada hoist system OTC 41 adalah saat mengalami kerusakan ketiga dengan estimasi rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp49.388.565,00. Waktu optimum untuk melakukan kegiatan pemeliharaan pada hoist system OTC 42 adalah saat mengalami kerusakan ketiga dengan estimasi rata-rata biaya sebesar Rp28.530.696,00. Nilai reliability masing-masing Overhead Travelling Crane tiap tahun mengalami penurunan. Penurunan nilai keandalan pada tiap Overhead Travelling Crane berpengaruh pada nilai reliability Overhead Travelling Crane dalam gedung N1 secara keseluruhan. Dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun, nilai reliability Overhead Travelling Crane secara keseluruhan mencapai 0,0029. Nilai ini menandakan reliabilitas yang sangat rendah. Reliabilitas suatu sistem atau produk yang menurun tiap tahun menandakan bahwa performa dan keandalannya semakin berkurang seiring waktu.

In the train production process, of course, it requires tools to facilitate the production process. OTC is a lifting machine used to facilitate the process of lifting and moving heavy loads or which may be difficult to do manually. There are 3 major systems in OTC namely Long Travel System, Cross Travel System and Hoist System. Hoist System is the most crucial component in a crane that plays a role in the movement of objects up and down. Therefore, this research discusses the determination of the optimum time for preventive maintenance of the hoist system in OTC using the Geometric Process method. The optimum time to perform maintenance activities on the OTC 40 hoist system is when it experiences the third damage with an estimated average cost of Rp25,737,980.00. The optimum time to carry out maintenance activities on the OTC 41 hoist system is when it experiences the third damage with an estimated average cost of Rp49,388,565.00. The optimum time to carry out maintenance activities on the OTC 42 hoist system is when it experiences the third damage with an estimated average cost of Rp28,530,696.00. The reliability of each Overhead Traveling Crane has decreased every year. The decrease in the reliability value of each Overhead Traveling Crane affects the reliability value of the Overhead Traveling Crane at N1 building as a whole. In a period of 2 years, the reliability value of the Overhead Traveling Crane as a whole reached 0.0029. This value indicates a very low reliability. The reliability of a system or product that decreases every year indicates that its performance and reliability are diminishing over time.
