Abstract

Pada bendungan Bagong terdapat beberapa komponen penting bangunan yang salah satunya adalah spillway. Menurut sumber buku pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan sumber daya air dan konstruksi, spillway memiliki fungsi utama adalah membuang kelebihan air waduk, sehingga air tidak memuncak bendungan (overtopping) yang dapat membahayakan bendungan, terutama bendungan tipe urugan tanah. tanah diarea spillway merupakan coluvial tanah timbunan dari galian maindam dan tunnel yang berarti memiliki karakteristik tanah yang berbeda sehingga perlu adanya perkuatan yang mampu menahan spillway agar dapat terjaga kestabilan tanahnya. Pada analisis ini dilakukan analisis stabilitas tanah dari mercu, peluncur 1, peluncur 2, dan peluncur 3 tanpa perkuatan pada kondisi kosong, muka air rendah, muka air normal, dan muka air banjir. Setelah dilakukan analisis dan hasilnya kurang dari 1,5 maka tanah dikatakan tidak stabil terhadap guling, geser, dan slope stability. Dan dilakukan perencanaan perkuatan tanahnya lalu cek stabilitasnya sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang efektif dan nilai safety factornya lebih dari 1,5. Hasil dari Proyek akhir ini, menggunakan perkuatan tanah berupa tiang bor dengan diameter 1 meter dan kedalaman 30 meter. Dalam keadaan dengan perkuatan pada kondisi kosong menggunakan perhitungan manual, untuk masing-masing potongan didapatkan nilai safety factor sebesar 3,81; 2,24; 2,4. Kemudian untuk keadaan muka air banjir menggunakan perhitungan manual, untuk masing-masing potongan didapatkan nilai safety factor sebesar 3,17 ; 1,94 ; dan 2,06

In the Bagong dam, there are several important building components, one of which is the spillway. According to the source of the center for education and training of water resources and construction, the spillway has the main function of discharging excess reservoir water, so that the water does not peak the dam (overtopping) which can endanger the dam, especially the earthfill dam. The soil in the spillway area is colluvial embankment from the maindam and tunnel excavations, which means it has different soil characteristics so that reinforcement is needed that can withstand the spillway in order to maintain soil stability. In this analysis, a soil stability analysis was carried out from the crest, launcher 1, launcher 2, and launcher 3 without reinforcement in empty conditions, low water level, normal water level, and flood water level. After the analysis was carried out and the results were less than 1.5, the soil was said to be unstable against rolling, sliding, and slope stability. And the soil reinforcement planning was carried out and then its stability was checked so that effective results were obtained and the safety factor value was more than 1.5. The results of this final project, using soil reinforcement in the form of bored piles with a diameter of 1 meter and a depth of 30 meters. In the condition with reinforcement in empty conditions using manual calculations, for each section the safety factor value is obtained as 3.81; 2.24; 2.4. Then for the flood water level condition using manual calculations, for each section the safety factor value is obtained as 3.17; 1.94; and 2.06
