Abstract

Lapangan “NT” merupakan salah satu lapangan eksplorasi yang terletak di Cekungan
Kutai. Pada beberapa lapangan hidrokarbon, seringkali target produksi tidak tercapai karena
berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah estimasi cadangan yang tidak akurat. Oleh karena itu,
pengembangan dan perencanaan perlu dilakukan untuk mencapai target produksi. Salah satu
faktor penting dalam pengembangan dan perencanaan pada suatu lapangan adalah estimasi
cadangan hidrokarbon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung jumlah cadangan pada
reservoir berdasarkan 3D Static Modelling di Lapangan “NT”, Offshore Cekungan Kutai,
Kalimantan Timur. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data seismik 3D – PSDM, data sumur, dan
data pressure. 3D Static Modelling yang dibuat berupa model porositas, model net to gross
(NTG), dan model saturasi air. Berdasarkan hasil 3D Static Modelling didapatkan sebaran
porositas dengan rentang nilai 15% - 25% dan saturasi air dengan rentang nilai 30% - 45%. Hal
ini menunjukkan bahwa reservoir pada daerah penelitian merupakan satu channel reservoir
yang sama dengan dominan gas dan memiliki arah distribusi reservoir dari barat ke timur. Nilai
dari hasil 3D Static Modelling digunakan sebagai salah satu input untuk menghitung estimasi
cadangan pada hidrokarbon. Perhitungan volumetrik pada cadangan hidrokarbon dilakukan
berdasarkan 3D Static Modelling dengan nilai input berupa gas oil contact, oil water contact,
hasil 3D Static Modelling, dan faktor volume formasi. Berdasarkan perhitungan volumetrik
tersebut dihasilkan nilai Original Gas in Place (OGIP) sebesar 14488 BCF.

The "NT" field is one of the exploration fields located in the Kutai Basin. In some
hydrocarbon fields, production targets are often not achieved due to various factors, one of
which is inaccurate reserve estimates. Therefore, development and planning need to be carried
out to achieve production targets. One of the important factors in the development and planning
of a field is the estimation of hydrocarbon reserves. This study aims to calculate the number of
reserves in the reservoir based on 3D Static Modelling in the "NT" Field, Offshore Kutai Basin,
East Kalimantan. The data used consisted of 3D seismic data – PSDM, well data, and pressure
data. The 3D Static Modelling made is in the form of porosity models, net to gross (NTG) models,
and water saturation models. Based on the results of 3D Static Modelling, the distribution of
porosity with a value range of 15% - 25% and water saturation with a value range of 30% -
45% was obtained. This shows that the reservoir in the study area is a reservoir channel that
is the same as the gas dominant and has a reservoir distribution direction from west to east.
The value of the 3D Static Modelling results is used as one of the inputs to calculate the
estimated reserves on hydrocarbons. The volumetric calculation of hydrocarbon reserves is
carried out based on 3D Static Modelling with input values in the form of gas oil contact, oil
water contact, 3D Static Modelling results, and formation volume factors. Based on the
volumetric calculation, the Original Gas in Place (OGIP) value was 14488 BCF.
