Abstract

Bendung Benden II merupakan Bendung Tetap yang terletak di Daerah Irigasi Gembong, Kecamatan Pati, Kabupaten Pati, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan kondisi yang kurang baik pada saat dilakukan survei tahun 2019 sehingga menyebabkan ketidakoptimalan penggunaan bangunan bendung tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan alternatif desain bendung yang sesuai dengan Kriteria Perencanaan (KP) Irigasi tahun 2013, dengan mempertimbangkan dua alternatif bentuk mercu (Ogee dan Bulat) dan dua alternatif desain kolam olak (Bak Tenggelam dan Schotlitch). Dalam Merencanakan Alternatif Desain Bendung Benden II dilakukan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data hujan rencana, data klimatologi, data teknis bendung. Analisis Hidrologi dihasilkan debit banjir rencana dan kebutuhan air bendung. Analisis Struktur Bendung guna menghasilkan dimensi setiap desain. Setelah itu, diperhitungan Stabilitas setiap desain bendung untuk meninjau agar aman terhadap guling, geser, dan rembesan. Dan didapatkan Total Anggaran Biaya tiap desain sehingga didapatkan bendung yang paling ekonomis dan aman. Perencanaan dari Alternatif Desain Bendung Benden II didapatkan Luas Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Benden II adalah 27.64 km² dengan panjang sungai mencapai 22.663 km dan panjang saluran intake 340.999 m. Debit banjir rencana (Q50) dihitung sebesar 89.52 m³/s, sementara tuntutan debit intake adalah 0,335 m³/s. Elevasi puncak mercu bendung ditetapkan pada Elevasi +4.46 m, dengan lebar tubuh bendung 10 m. Dari analisis perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya pada tiap model bendung didapatkan hasil dengan Mercu Bulat dengan Kolam Olak Bak Tenggelam memiliki harga yang paling kecil yaitu Rp 3,645,000,000.00 sehingga Desain bendung yang ekonomis dan aman adalah bendung dengan Mercu Bulat dengan Kolam Olak Bak Tenggelam.

Benden II Dam is a Permanent Dam located in the Gembong Irrigation Area, Pati District, Pati Regency, Central Java Province with poor conditions when the survey was conducted in 2019, resulting in suboptimal use of the dam building. This study aims to plan alternative dam designs that are in accordance with the 2013 Irrigation Planning Criteria (KP), by considering two alternative crest shapes (Ogee and Round) and two alternative stilling basin designs (Sink Basin and Schotlitch). In Planning Alternative Designs for Benden II Dam, data collection and processing of planned rainfall, climatology data, and dam technical data were carried out. Hydrological Analysis produced planned flood discharge and dam water requirements. Dam Structure Analysis to produce dimensions for each design. After that, the Stability of each dam design was calculated to review whether it was safe against rolling, sliding, and seepage. And the Total Budget Cost for each design was obtained so that the most economical and safe dam was obtained. Planning of Alternative Design of Benden II Dam obtained the River Basin Area (DAS) of Benden II is 27.64 km² with a river length reaching 22,663 km and an intake channel length of 340,999 m. The planned flood discharge (Q50) is calculated at 89.52 m³/s, while the intake discharge demand is 0.335 m³/s. The elevation of the peak of the weir crest is set at Elevation +4.46 m, with a weir body width of 10 m. From the analysis of the calculation of the budget plan for each weir model, the results obtained with the Round Mercu with a Submerged Tank Stilling Pond have the smallest price of Rp3,645,000,000.00 so that the economical and safe weir design is a weir with a Round Mercu with a Submerged Tank Stilling Pond.
