Abstract
Kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan hadirnya materialitas virtual yang saat ini hanya dijadikan elemen pendukung dalam penerapannya pada arsitektur. Seiring berjalannya waktu, implementasi materialitas virtual pada arsitektur dapat dirasakan secara nyata. Hadirnya arsitektur pada lingkungan perkotaan memberi dampak negatif khususnya pada lahan hijau. Lahan hijau di lingkungan perkotaan terus-menerus berkurang yang disebabkan oleh masifnya pembangunan hunian (private dwelling). Teori materialitas virtual Antitectonic memiliki karakteristik dunia virtual yaitu tidak memerlukan modifikasi pada lahan dalam menghadirkan rancangan. Prinsip Antitectonic tidak dapat diterapkan secara langsung pada dunia nyata. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pendekatan yang dapat mengakomodir penghadiran prinsip Antitectonic pada dunia nyata, yaitu illusion architecture. Illusion architecture memiliki strategi yang dapat menjadi jawaban dalam mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan, yaitu camouflage.
Rancangan menggunakan proses desain concept based framework. Metode yang digunakan adalah performance form. Metode ini menekankan sisi rasional yang membuat awal mulai rancangan melalui penerapan sistem utilitas. Sistem utilitas diterapkan dengan mengkombinasi pendekatan illusion architecture dan permasalahan lingkungan (respect for site).
Hasil rancangan berupa private dwelling yang menerapkan strategi camouflage pada illusion architecture, dampaknya menjadikan rancangan meminimalisir intervensi kepada lahan. Penerapan sistem terintegrasi melalui slooping green roof dan massa rancangan menjadikan energi dan penggunaan lahan terminimalisir. Rancangan dapat memberi manfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar layaknya sebuah pohon. Hal tersebut membuat lingkungan perkotaan dinaturalisasi kembali seperti lingkungan alam, yaitu dengan membuat daya serap air pada tanah bekerja secara maksimal.

Technological advances have led to the presence of virtual materiality. Virtual materiality is currently only used as a supporting element in its application to architecture. As time goes by, the implementation of virtual materiality in architecture can be felt in real terms. The presence of architecture in the urban environment has a negative impact, especially on green land. Green land in urban environments continues to decrease due to massive residential development (private dwellings). Antitectonic virtual materiality theory has the characteristics of a virtual world, namely that it does not require modifications to the land to present the design. The Antitectonic Principle cannot be applied directly to the real world. Therefore, an approach is needed that can accommodate the presence of Antitectonic principles in the real world, namely illusion architecture. Illusion architecture has a strategy that can be the answer to overcoming environmental problems, namely camouflage.
The design uses a concept based framework design process. The method used is performance form. This method emphasizes the rational side that makes the initial design start through the implementation of a utility system. The utility system is implemented by combining approaches (illusion architecture) and environmental problems (respect for site). The result of the design is a private dwelling that applies a camouflage strategy to illusion architecture, the impact of which is that the design minimizes intervention on the land. The implementation of an integrated system through slooping green roof and design mass minimizes energy and land use. The design can benefit the surrounding environment like a tree. This makes the urban environment naturalized again like the natural environment, namely by making the water absorption capacity of the soil work optimally.
