Abstract

Kesehatan mental menjadi isu yang sangat diperhatikan sekarang ini. Terapi komplementer menjadi upaya pengobatan mental pada dunia kedokteran. Terapi dilakukan sejalan dengan pengobatan fisik dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi angka kasus gangguan kesehatan mental, salah satunya yaitu terapi komplementer Al-Quran di RS. Nur Hidayah Bantul. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah mengklasifikasikan kondisi mental pasien pasca terapi komplementer menggunakan metode regresi logistik, dimana klasifikasi ini nantinya digunakan sebagai acuan bagi tenaga medis untuk menentukan tindakan lanjutan yang tepat serta informasi bagi pasien terkait hasil terapi yang sudah dijalankannya. Model regresi logistik biner terbaik yang didapatkan memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 67%, specificity sebesar 65%, dan nilai sensitivity sebesar 69%, dengan faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kondisi akhir pasien terapi, yaitu sikap, riwayat supernatural, jenis kelamin.

Mental health is an issue that is of great concern today. Complementary therapy is an effort to treat mental health in the world of medicine. Therapy is carried out in line with physical treatment with the aim of reducing the number of cases of mental health disorders, one of which is complementary Al-Quran therapy at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. This research will be carried out to classify the mental condition of patients after complementary therapy using logistic regression methode, where this classification will later be used as a reference for medical personnel to determine appropriate follow-up actions as well as information for patients regarding the results of the therapy they have carried out. The best binary logistic regression model obtained has an accuracy of 67%, specificity of 65%, and sensitivity of 69%. The significant factors influencing the patient's final therapy condition are attitude, supernatural history, and gender.
