Abstract

Kepulauan Anambas merupakan salah satu kepulauan eksotis yang sempat mendapat
pengakuan dari CNN pada tahun 2012 sebagai pulau tropis terindah se-Asia. Namun,
permasalahan yang ada adalah mahalnya biaya penginapan dan akses ke pulau tersebut. Untuk
mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan fasilitas penunjang pariwisata yang dapat
membuat pengalaman liburan yang tidak terlupakan bagi wisatawan, tetapi tetap menjaga
kelestarian dan keindahan yang ada. Houseboat dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk
pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di kawasan pulau Bawah, Kepulauan Anambas
dan dapat menjadi sarana wisata yang memiliki daya tarik terhadap wisatawan baik nasional
maupun mancanegara. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah menciptakan transportasi wisata
antar pulau yang sekaligus menjadi sarana berwisata bagi wisatawan. Metode yang digunakan
dalam merancang houseboat ini adalah berbasis parent design approach yaitu dengan
melakukan perbandingan terhadap kapal pembanding yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama
dengan kapal yang akan didesain. Setelah melakukan analisis teknis diperoleh jumlah
penumpang 6 orang, dan crew 3 orang dengan ukuran utama houseboat yaitu panjang (Lpp):
16 m; lebar (B): 4.5 m; tinggi (H): 2; sarat (T): 1 m; kecepatan (Vs): 7 knot. Kemudian
dilanjutkan dengan mendesain lines plan, general arrangement, safety plan, dan 3D model.
Houseboat ini akan dibangun dengan biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp.2.465.744.089,70 dan
biaya operasional Rp.1.931.457.891 /tahun. Terdapat dua jenis tiket yang ditawarkan yaitu, low
season seharga Rp.2.850.000 dan high season seharga Rp.3.135.000 dengan lama perjalanan 2
hari. Didapatkan hasil perhitungan kelayakan investasi dengan nilai net present value (NPV))
yaitu Rp 4.820.700.727 nilai internal rate return (IRR) yaitu 32.16% dan payback period
selama 3 tahun 2 bulan 2 hari.

Anambas Islands is one of the exotic islands that was recognized by CNN in 2012 as the most
beautiful tropical island in Asia. However, the problem is the high cost of lodging and access
to the island. To overcome these problems, tourism support facilities are needed that can make
an unforgettable vacation experience for tourists, but still maintain the existing sustainability
and beauty. Houseboats can be an innovative solution for sustainable tourism development in
the Bawah Island area, Anambas Islands and can be a tourist facility that has an attraction to
both national and foreign tourists. The purpose of this Final Project is to create inter-island
tourist transportation which is also a means of travel for tourists. The method used in designing
this houseboat is based on the parent design approach, namely by comparing comparison ships
that have the same characteristics as the ship to be designed. After conducting a technical
analysis, the number of passengers is 6 people, and the crew is 3 people with the main size of
the houseboat, namely length (Lpp): 16 m; width (B): 4.5 m; height (H): 2; laden (T): 1 m;
speed (Vs): 7 knots. HouseboThen proceed with designing the lines plan, general arrangement,
safety plan, and 3D model. This houseboat will be built with a construction cost of
Rp.2,465,744,089.70 and an operating cost of Rp.1,931,457,891 / year. There are two types of
tickets offered, low season for Rp.2,850,000 and high season for Rp.3,135,000 with a trip
duration of 2 days. The results of the calculation of investment feasibility with a net present
value (NPV) value of Rp 4,820,700,727 the internal rate of return (IRR) value is 32.16% and
the payback period is 3 years 2 months 2 days.
