Abstract
Terdapat 2121 SMK di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah lulusan 248.029 alumni SMK pada tahun 2022. Besarnya jumlah lulusan menegaskan pentingnya mengatasi penyerapan lulusan SMK ke dalam dunia kerja mengingat Tingkat Pengangguran Tertinggi (TPT) paling tinggi di Jawa Timur tahun 2022 adalah lulusan SMK sebesar 11,72 persen dari seluruh TPT di Jawa Timur berdasar tingkat Pendidikan atau sejumlah 206.605 pengangguran dari lulusan SMK di Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan jumlah pengangguran yang besar, diperlukan upaya-upaya penyerapan tenaga kerja yang efektif. Pemerintah melalui berbagai program yang ada seperti Job Fair, pembinaan BKK oleh Disnaker, SMK Pusat Keunggulan, serta peran pihak swasta dalam membantu pengurangan pengangguran seperti job street dan top karir sudah dilakukan. Semua program yang ada dapat membantu mengurangi pengangguran, namun yang paling ideal adalah pola program yang mendekati kebiasaan generasi y dan generasi z yang cenderung memilih aktifitas online. Aktifitas online yang tinggi pada generasi produktif dapat dioptimalkan untuk penyerapan kerja lulusan SMK menggunakan aplikasi digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi stake holder yang terlibat dalam ekosistem aplikasi digital, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan persona stake holder pada ekosistem aplikasi digital penyerapan tenaga kerja, memahami lebih jauh dalam mendesain sebuah aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan stake holder pada ekosistem aplikasi digital penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan mengidentifikasi lebih dalam aplikasi digital peyerapan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan stake holder. Pendekatan penelitian ini melalui Design Thinking dengan 5 tahapan yaitu empati, penentuan fokus melalui tahap define, ideasi kreatif pada tahap ideasi, pengembangan prototipe pada tahap prototipe, dan uji coba oleh pengguna pada tahap uji coba atau testing. Hasil dari tahapan empati dan define, didapatkan 2 ideasi terpilih yakni siswa/ alumni mendapatkan pelatihan mandiri di aplikasi tentang psikotest dan terdapat fitur penyesuaian bidang kerja perusahaan dengan minat bakat pencari kerja. Kedua ideasi terpilih tersebut dituangkan pada prototype yang kemudian dilakukan testing kepada user. Tes yang dilakukan terhadap prototype oleh user dilakukan dengan mencoba secara langsung aplikasi digital “Kediri Kerja” dan mengeksplorasi ragam fitur, kemudian user diminta melakukan pengisian kuesioner dan feedback secara langsung.

There are 2121 vocational schools in East Java with a total of 248,029 vocational school graduates in 2022. The large number of graduates emphasizes the importance of addressing the absorption of vocational school graduates into the world of work considering that the highest unemployment rate (TPT) in East Java in 2022 is for vocational school graduates at 11.72 percent of all TPT in East Java based on education level or a total of 206,605 unemployed vocational school graduates in East Java. Based on the large number of unemployed, effective labor absorption efforts are needed. The government through various existing programs such as Job Fairs, BKK coaching by the Manpower Office, Vocational Schools Centers of Excellence, as well as the role of the private sector in helping reduce unemployment such as job streets and top careers have been carried out. All existing programs can help reduce unemployment, but the most ideal is a program pattern that approaches the habits of generation Y and generation Z who tend to choose online activities. High online activity in the productive generation can be optimized for employment of vocational school graduates using digital applications. The aim of this research is to identify stake holders involved in the digital application ecosystem, identify the needs of stakeholder personas in the employment digital application ecosystem, understand further in designing an application that suits the needs of stake holders in the employment digital application ecosystem, and identify more deeply digital applications for workforce absorption in accordance with the needs of stake holders. This research approach is through Design Thinking with 5 stages, namely empathy, determining focus through the define stage, creative ideation at the ideation stage, prototype development at the prototype stage, and testing by users at the trial or testing stage. As a result of the empathy and define stages, 2 selected ideas were obtained, namely that students/alumni received independent training in the application regarding psychological tests and there was a feature to adjust the company's field of work to the interests of job seekers' talents. The two selected ideas were expressed in a prototype which was then tested on users. Tests carried out on the prototype by the user were carried out by directly trying the digital application "Kediri Kerja" and exploring various features, then the user was asked to fill out a questionnaire and provide direct feedback.
