Abstract
Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan target 13.2 juta kendaraan roda dua listrik dalam peta jalan pengembangan kendaraan listrik, namun penjualan saat ini baru mencapai 25 ribu unit. Kolaborasi dengan perusahaan ride-hailing dapat mempercepat pencapaian target tersebut. Pemodelan finansial yang mempertimbangkan biaya kepemilikan dan pendapatan rider dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai profitabilitas dan umur ekonomis aset dalam operasional ride-hailing. Model menggunakan metode Net Present Value dan Equivalent Uniform Annual Cost, dengan observasi perilaku rider dan skenario praktis yang mempertimbangkan resale value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kendaraan berbahan bakar konvensional maupun kendaraan roda dua listrik memiliki profitabilitas positif dengan umur ekonomis pada tahun ke-4. Viar Q1 unggul pada skenario jarak tempuh <100 km per hari, sedangkan Smoot Tempur unggul pada jarak tempuh ≥100 km per hari. Kebijakan insentif dapat meningkatkan daya tarik adopsi kendaraan roda dua listrik melalui mekanisme sewa atau pembelian tunai dan kredit

The Indonesian government has set a target of 13.2 million electric two-wheeled vehicles in its electric vehicle development roadmap, but current sales have only reached 25 thousand units. Collaboration with ride-hailing companies can accelerate the achievement of this target. Financial modeling that considers ownership costs and rider income is carried out to provide information regarding the profitability and economic life of assets in ride-hailing operations. The model uses the Net Present Value and Equivalent Uniform Annual Cost methods, with observations of rider behavior and practical scenarios that consider resale value. The research results show that both conventional fuel vehicles and electric two-wheeled vehicles have positive profitability with an economic life of 4 years. Viar Q1 is superior in the scenario of a distance of <100 km per day, while the Smoot Tempur is superior in a distance of ≥100 km per day. Incentive policies can increase the attractiveness of adopting electric two-wheeled vehicles through rental mechanisms or cash and credit purchases
