Abstract
Gempa bumi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 2006 mengakibatkan ratusan ribu korban jiwa dan 12 kali terjadi sejak tahun 1840-2006 dan masih akan terus berpotensi terjadi lagi karna sesar opak aktif. Rencana Kontinjensi BPBD DIY 2021 gempa bumi sesar opak kompleks berdampak negatif sektor pelayanan kesehatan.
Proses desain force-based framework, metode SWOT: eksplorasi aspek retractable kinetic terhadap konteks, sosial budaya, kebutuhan, fungsi, ukuran, tata letak ruang. Rationalist: eksplorasi modularitas kemudahan kecepatan perakitan, mobilititas, sistem struktur mudah beradaptasi.
==========================
The 2006 Yogyakarta earthquake caused hundreds of thousands of casualties and occurred 12 times from 1840–2006 and will continue to have the potential to occur again due to the active Opak fault. BPBD DIY Contingency Plan 2021 complex Opak fault earthquake negatively impacted the healthcare sector. Not all hospitals in Yogyakarta are capable of dealing with disaster situations, and the disaster cycle makes it even more complex. Indonesian field hospitals are still with conventional assembly, high transport mobility, and minimal numbers on an area the size of a football field.
Portable architecture with consideration of portable, relocatable, and demountable principles has limitations in size, complexity, and system intelligence. It requires a strategy that the form can be easily expanded, transported, moved, disassembled, fast assembled, lightweight, and efficient. A retractable kinetic approach is proposed so that the form can be retracted and folded, volume dimensions can expand, quickly assembled, lightweight, efficient, and adaptable to the context.
Qualitative method descriptive approach data analysis of site survey and earthquake. Force-based framework design process, SWOT method: exploration of retractable kinetic aspects of context, socio-culture, needs, function, size, and space layout. Rationalist: exploration of modularity, ease of assembly speed, mobility, and adaptable structural systems. Rationalist: selection of form of function performance from retractable kinetic aspects. Selecting criteria: evaluate performance objectively with intangible parameters. Collaborative Strategy for Adaptable Architecture: combining according to force criteria volume modularity, system assembly speed, mobility, and adaptability.
The design results of the retractable kinetic approach in the aspect of modularity level show the level of efficiency by applying the strategy of complexity of the form adjusted to the needs of modulated medical equipment packaging. Aspects of speed and ease of packaging or development of one-way interconnected system results between module elements can be done with 2-4 people to assemble one module unit and 19 minutes. The mobility aspect of air and land transport capabilities results in a smaller number of transports compared to the number required by the Indonesian model design. The adaptability aspect can be applied to bumpy and flat site conditions and the ability to expand service capacity as needed up to 200 beds.
