Abstract
Penyakit Huanglongbing (HLB) telah menjadi ancaman serius bagi industri jeruk di seluruh dunia karena dampak negatifnya terhadap produksi dan kualitas buah. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengusulkan untuk melakukan analisis kestabilan dan pengendalian optimal terhadap model penyebaran Huanglongbing (HLB) terhadap tanaman jeruk. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Prinsip Minimum Pontryagin (PMP), sebuah metode dalam teori kontrol optimal yang mengidentifikasi kebijakan kontrol yang optimal untuk mengurangi dampak penyakit pada populasi tanaman jeruk. Setelah dilakukan analisis matematis, didapat bahwa sistem penyebaran Huanglongbing (HLB) untuk titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit adalah tidak stabil dengan bilangan reproduksi dasarnya sebesar 28,476 dan sistem penyebaran Huanglongbing (HLB) untuk titik kesetimbangan endemik adalah stabil dengan bilangan reproduksi dasarnya sebesar 27,888. Simulasi numerik menggunakan Runge-Kutta orde 4 dengan bantuan software MATLAB. Hasil simulasinya menunjukkan bahwa kontrol berupa sanitasi pertanian dan penyemprotan insektisida efektif.

Huanglongbing disease (HLB) has become a serious threat to the citrus industry worldwide due to its negative impact on fruit production and quality. In this research, the author proposes to carry out a stability analysis and optimal control of the Huanglongbing (HLB) distribution model for citrus plants. The approach used is Pontryagin's Minimum Principle (PMP), a method in optimal control theory that identifies optimal control policies to reduce the impact of disease on citrus plant populations. After mathematical analysis, it was found that the Huanglongbing (HLB) distribution system for the disease-free equilibrium point was unstable with a basic reproduction number of 28.476 and the Huanglongbing (HLB) distribution system for the endemic equilibrium point was unstable with a basic reproduction number of 27.888. Numerical simulation using Runge-Kutta order 4 with the help of MATLAB software. The simulation results show that controls in the form of agricultural sanitation and insecticide spraying are effective.
