Abstract
Hidroponik merupakan metode pertanian yang memanfaatkan air sebagai media tanam, sehingga tidak memerlukan tanah atau area yang besar. Dalam hidroponik, pemeliharaan nutrisi sangat penting dan harus berada dalam rentang tertentu, sehingga penggunaan sistem kontrol dapat membantu dalam memantau dan mengendalikan parameter tersebut. Sistem kontrol yang digunakan adalah algoritma fuzzy logic Mandani dengan input berupa set point kadar nutrisi dan level ketinggian air, serta outputnya adalah durasi pompa DC menyala untuk mencapai set point yang telah ditentukan. Sistem ini dapat dikontrol atau dipantau melalui HMI dan juga dilengkapi dengan Blynk untuk pemantauan jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendali fuzzy logic pada alat ini memiliki tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 97,51% dan error sebesar 2,49%. Sistem hidroponik dengan menggunakan kendali fuzzy logic menghasilkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang lebih baik, dimana rata-rata penambahan tinggi yang menggunakan sistem fuzzy logic lebih tinggi 0,48 cm dibandingkan dengan sistem tanpa fuzzy logic. Selai itu, rata-rata penambahan jumlah daun yang menggunakan sistem kendali fuzzy logic lebih tinggi sebesar 1 helai dibandingkan dengan sistem tanpa kendali fuzzy logic. Hasil tersebut diperoleh selama 5 hari pengamatan, namun belum mencapai tahap panen.

Hydroponics is a farming method that utilizes water as the growing medium, eliminating the need for soil or large areas. In hydroponics, nutrient maintenance is crucial and must be kept within a specific range, making the use of a control system essential for monitoring and regulating these parameters. The control system implemented uses the Mamdani fuzzy logic algorithm, with inputs consisting of the nutrient concentration set point and water level, while the output is the duration the DC pump operates to reach the predetermined set point. This system can be controlled or monitored through an HMI and is also equipped with Blynk for remote monitoring. The research results indicate that the fuzzy logic control in this system has a success rate of 97.51% and an error rate of 2.49%. The hydroponic system with fuzzy logic control results in better plant growth, with an average height increase of 0.48 cm compared to the system without fuzzy logic. Additionally, the average increase in the number of leaves using the fuzzy logic control system is one leaf higher than the system without fuzzy logic. These results were obtained over a 5-day observation period, but the plants had not yet reached the harvest stage.
