Abstract
Pembangunan berkelanjutan menjadi fokus utama dalam menghadapi perubahan iklim dan pertumbuhan ekonomi global, termasuk tantangan sektor ketenagalistrikan di Indonesia. Penyedia utama energi listrik di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mewujudkan transisi energi yang berkelanjutan. Pengembangan energi terbarukan memberikan peluang besar bagi masa depan bisnis ketenagalistrikan. Namun, saat ini model bisnis ketenagalistrikan masih terfokus pada penjualan tenaga listrik konvensional, kebutuhan layanan energi terbarukan secara khusus belum dikembangkan untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan, baik industri maupun bisnis. Penyedia pasokan listrik perlu mengembangkan model bisnis agar dapat menjawab kebutuhan pasar energi terbarukan yang mencakup aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan strategi melalui kerangka model bisnis berkelanjutan di sektor ketenagalistrikan dengan memanfaatkan pembangunan energi terbarukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Green energy services menjadi strategi terbaik dalam mendukung bisnis pasokan listrik energi terbarukan bagi pelanggan. Pemilihan customer segment yang tepat dan penguatan customer relationship melalui eco labeling dapat memberikan nilai tambah. Dalam aspek value proposition, fokus pada nilai economic, social culture, dan ecological value, memberikan nilai berkelanjutan bagi semua pihak dalam mendukung pegembangan energi terbarukan. Margin dari strategi ini, digunakan untuk pembangunan energi terbarukan di lokasi-lokasi isolated sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan rasio elektrifikasi, seperti PLTS komunal berbasis battery storage. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan perkuatan pada skema kerjasama Power Purchase Agreement antara penyedia pasokan listrik dengan IPP dan mendorong pasar mandatory melalui kebijakan Pemerintah. Selain itu dari sisi investasi dapat berkolaborasi dengan bank untuk pendanaan pembangunan energi terbarukan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi strategi bisnis dalam memenuhi permintaan pelanggan sekaligus mendorong peningkatan bauran energi nasonal. Lebih lanjut, strategi jangka panjang dapat mempertimbangkan aspek demand market untuk menghadapi pasar yang lebih kompetitif.

Sustainable development is a major focus in addressing climate change and global economic growth, including the challenges of the electricity sector in Indonesia. The main electricity providers in Indonesia face major challenges in realizing a sustainable energy transition. The development of renewable energy presents great opportunities for the future electricity business. However, if the electricity business model solely concentrates on selling conventional electricity, it fails to specifically cater to the needs of customers, both industry and business. Electricity supply providers need to develop business models to be able to answer the needs of the renewable energy market, which includes economic, social, and environmental aspects. This research proposes a sustainable business model framework for the electricity sector, utilizing renewable energy development as a key strategy. The results of this study indicate that environmentally friendly energy services are the best strategy for supporting the renewable energy electricity supply business for customers. Selecting the right customer segment and strengthening customer relationships through eco-labeling can provide added value. In terms of value proposition, focusing on economic, socio-cultural, and ecological values provides sustainable value for all parties in supporting the development of renewable energy. We use the margin of this strategy to develop renewable energy in remote locations, aiming to boost the electrification ratio through initiatives like communal PLTS that rely on storage batteries. The findings of this study recommend strengthening the Power Purchase Agreement cooperation scheme between electricity supply providers and IPPs, as well as encouraging mandatory markets through government policies. Additionally, on the investment side, we can collaborate with banks to finance the development of renewable energy. This study can serve as a recommendation for a business strategy that not only meets customer needs but also encourages an increase in the national energy mix. Furthermore, long-term strategies can consider aspects of market demand to face a more competitive market.
