Abstract
Industri Manfaktur PT GS Battey Astra Otoparts , sebuah perusahaan produksi baterai aki kendaraan dengan capaian produksi yang masif. dalam menghadapi tantangan ini area produksi assembly menjadi titik padat dalam supply part aki. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diusulkan pembuatan Sistem Auto Lifter Conveyor pada conveyor box kosong sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Sistem Auto Lifter Conveyor ini menggunakan sistem kendali berbasis PLC dengan penggerak berupa motor induksi AC sehingga memungkinkan member untuk lebih mudah dalam melakukan kegiatan produksi pengisian. Dalam analisa ini, diterapkan metode fuzzy logic pada sistem kendali dan penggerak motor , adapun metode ini digunakan agar motor induksi lebih stabil dan efisien dalam memindahkan box kosong. Dengan adanya metode ini lifter dengan penggerak motor ini bisa melakukan pemindahan box dengan efisien dan safety dalam produksi. Hasil dari penerapan metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatakan efisiensi dalam pemindahan box kosong untuk proses produksi sehingga bisa menciptapkan proses cycle time yang lebih baik dalam proses pengisian plat grid dalam box. Selain itu sistem ini juga memberikan dampak safety work untuk operator dalam produksi serta lebih optimal.

PT GS Battey Astra Otoparts, a manufacturing company that produces vehicle batteries with many production achievements. In facing this challenge, the assembly production area has become a dense point in the supply of battery parts. In overcoming this problem, it is proposed to create an Auto Lifter Conveyor System for empty conveyor boxes as a solution to this problem. This Auto Lifter Conveyor system uses a PLC-based control system with a drive in the form of an AC induction motor, making it easier for members to carry out filling production activities. In this analysis, the fuzzy logic method is applied to the motor control and drive system. This method is used to make the induction motor more stable and efficient in moving empty boxes. With this method, lifters with motor drives can move boxes efficiently and safely in production. The results of applying this method are expected to increase efficiency in moving empty boxes for the production process so that it can create a better cycle time process in the process of filling grid plates in boxes. Apart from that, this system also provides work safety for members during production times and is more optimal.
