Abstract
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan produk pupuk untuk mendukung sektor pertanian di Indonesia. Selama periode kerja praktik, fokus proyek adalah pengembangan website Help Desk untuk Departemen Teknologi Informasi. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pengguna dengan menyediakan platform yang lebih terorganisir dan intuitif untuk pengelolaan tiket bantuan dan informasi terkait TI. Website ini dirancang menggunakan framework Laravel dan dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur penting seperti pengajuan tiket, manajemen tiket, dan panduan teknis. Sistem yang ada saat ini kurang terorganisir dengan baik dan kurang intuitif, yang menghambat efektivitas operasional. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem yang mengadopsi arsitektur yang sesuai, termasuk load balancing pada web server Apache dan database MySQL, untuk mengurangi kendala teknis dan meningkatkan performa serta aksesibilitas website secara keseluruhan.

PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja is a company that provides fertilizer products to support the agricultural sector in Indonesia. During the internship period, the project focus was the development of a Help Desk website for the Information Technology Department. This project aims to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction by providing a more organized and intuitive platform for managing support tickets and IT-related information. The website is designed using the Laravel framework and equipped with essential features such as ticket submission, ticket management, and technical guidelines. The current system is not well-organized and lacks intuitiveness, which hinders operational effectiveness. Therefore, a system adopting the appropriate architecture, including load balancing on the Apache web server and MySQL database, is needed to reduce technical constraints and enhance the overall performance and accessibility of the website.
