Abstract
Mesin Pengisian Botol adalah mesin yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pengisian produk minuman kedalam botol secara otomatis, mesin ini masih di produksi menggunakan sistem pengisian konvensional yang menggunakan mekanisme pneumatik dan sensor reed switch, dari sistem tersebut sering kali mengalami masalah ketidakakuratan dan inkonsistensi dalam volume pengisian akibat penempatan sensor yang manual dan fluktuasi tekanan air mengakibatnya, proses pengisian memakan waktu 10-13 detik per botol, sehingga kurang efisien untuk produksi skala besar. Sistem kontrol baru dirancang dengan menggunakan motor servo sebagai aktuator syringe pump Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangankan teknologi pengisian cairan yang lebih canggih dan andal, yang dapat diterapkan pada industri kecil dan menengah. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai aplikasi kontrol PID dalam sistem otomasi industri, yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan sistem serupa di masa depan. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) untuk mengoordinasikan proses pengisian. Parameter kontrol PID yang ditentukan melalui pengujian meliputi nilai Kp sebesar 39, Ki sebesar 518, dan Kd sebesar 0,06. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan kecepatan dan konsistensi pengisian, dengan nilai overshoot yang berkurang hingga 2,07%. Waktu settling time tercatat sebesar 0,389 detik dan rise time sebesar 8,9 detik menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dibandingkan metode konvensional. Pengujian simulasi menggunakan MathLab menunjukkan bahwa sistem dengan kontrol PID memberikan respons yang lebih stabil dan presisi, dibandingkan dengan kontrol P dan PI yang memiliki overshoot masing-masing sebesar 28,12% dan 22,9%.

Bottle Filling Machine is a machine that functions to fill beverage products into bottles automatically. This machine is still produced using a conventional filling system that uses a pneumatic mechanism and a reed switch sensor. This system often experiences problems with inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the filling volume due to placement. manual sensors and water pressure fluctuations. As a result, the filling process takes 10-13 seconds per bottle, which is less efficient for large-scale production. A new control system is designed using a servo motor as a syringe pump actuator. This research aims to develop a more sophisticated and reliable liquid filling technology, which can be applied to small and medium industries. In addition, this research provides insight into the application of PID control in industrial automation systems, which can be used as a reference in the development of similar systems in the future. This system was developed by utilizing a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to coordinate the charging process. The PID control parameters determined through testing include a Kp value of 39, Ki of 518, and Kd of 0.06 after the fine tuning process. Test results show an increase in filling speed and consistency, with overshoot values reduced by up to 2.07%. The settling time was recorded at 0.389 seconds and the rise time was 8.9 seconds, showing a significant improvement compared to conventional methods. Simulation testing using MathLab shows that the system with PID control provides a more stable and precise response, compared to P and PI control which have an overshoot of 28.12% and 22.9% respectively.
