Abstract
Peranan positif kelincahan organisasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja telah banyak dibuktikan dalam penelitian. Dan kelincahan organisasi merupakan salah satu konsep yang menjadi prioritas para eksekutif IT. Namun demikian, sedikit sekali perusahaan yang dapat mencapai taraf agile. Penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang mendorong tercapainya kondisi agile telah banyak dilakukan namun belum ada yang mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep tersebut ke dalam sebuah model yang dapat menunjukkan korelasi antar konsep. Dengan tersedianya sebuah model diharapkan sebuah organisasi dapat memiliki gambaran awal mengenai langkah yang perlu diambil untuk menjadi lebih lincah. Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada, penelitian ini mengembangkan model kelincahan organisasi yang dalam hal ini memiliki penekanan dalam aspek teknologi informasi.
Pengembangan model dilakukan dengan mengadopsi pendekatan conceptual research dan case study. Conceptual research digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja teoritis yang didasari atas studi literatur. Sedangkan pendekatan case study digunakan pada proses validasi model. Proses validasi dilakukan pada perusahaan jasa kepelabuhan PT. Pelindo 3. Dari hasil validasi didapatkan model kelincahan organisasi yang mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep pendukung kelincahan organisasi. Model kelincahan organisasi yang dibuat dapat memberikan gambaran awal bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan tingkat kelincahan organisasinya dan memberikan kontribusi pada bidang ilmu Sistem Informasi.

The organization's agility (OA) role towards improving performance has been proven in many research. But still, very few organizations can achieve this ability. Research on the factors which could support the achievement of OA has been widely carried out, but a model which integrate all of the factors is not exist. The availability of a model could give an organization an insight of the steps that need to be taken to become more agile. To fill this gaps, this study develops a model of the OA which in this case has an emphasis on information technology.
Model development was carried out by adopting a conceptual research approach. Conceptual research was used as an approach to develop a theoretical framework based on the literature study. While the case study approach was used in the model validation process. The validation process – case study - was carried out at the port service company - PT. Pelindo 3. Based on development and validation process, an organizational agility model that integrates the concepts supporting organizational agility formed. Which can provide an early insight for the organization to increase their level of agility and contribute to the Information Systems field.
