Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan Perusahaan manufaktur yang memiliki visi menjadi perusahaan terkemuka dalam penyediaan bahan bangunan berkualitas. Kebutuhan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten menjadi salah satu aspek yang berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Perusahaan menerapkan Human Resource Scorecard dalam melakukan pengukuran dan perbaikan atas kinerja sumber daya manusia. Saat ini perusahaan telah menggunakan empat perspektif Human Resource Scorecard yaitu: perspektif financial, perspektif customer, perpektif internal business process dan perspektif learning and growth dimana di dalam setiap perspektif terdapat kriteria-kriteria sebagai ukuran keberhasilan. Namun masih belum jelas bagaimana keterkaitan antara kriteria-kriteria yang terdapat dalam Human Resources Scorecard dan sejauh mana satu kriteria mempengaruhi yang lainnya sehingga belum diketahui bagaimana pemilihan strategi berdasarkan tingkat dampak terhadap tujuan strategis organisasi yang ingin dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan rumusan strategi Human Resource Scorecard di PT XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) dan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Metode DEMATEL digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan sebab akibat antar kriteria, sedangkan ANP digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas strategi yang dihasilkan dari hubungan tersebut. Hasil DEMATEL menunjukan sub kriteria pembelajaran dan pengembangan, peningkatan aktifitas continuous improvement, dan ketempatan compensation & benefit memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kriteria lainnya. Hasil ANP menunjukan kriteria prioritas adalah efisiensi biaya karyawan atau optimalisasi penggunaan tenaga kerja, fokus pada kesehatan dan keamanan, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. Integrasi dari hasil temuan ini memberikan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that has a vision to become a leading company in the provision of quality building materials. The need for competent human resources is one of the aspects that plays an important role in achieving the company's goals. The Company implements the Human Resource Scorecard in measuring and improving the performance of human resources. Currently, the company has used four perspectives of the Human Resource Scorecard, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective where in each perspective there are criteria as a measure of success. However, it is still unclear how the relationship between the criteria contained in the Human Resources Scorecard and the extent to which one criterion affects the other, so it is not known how to choose a strategy based on the level of impact on the strategic goals of the organization to be achieved. This study aims to evaluate and provide a formulation of the Human Resource Scorecard strategy in the company using the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods. The DEMATEL method is used to identify causal relationships between criteria, while ANP is used to determine the priority of strategies resulting from these relationships. The results of DEMATEL show that the sub-criteria of learning and development, increasing continuous improvement activities, and locality of compensation & benefits have the greatest influence on other criteria. The ANP results emphasize that the main priorities are the optimization of labor cost, health and safety-oriented decisions, regulatory compliance, and employee competency development. The integration of these findings provides a comprehensive framework for improving organizational performance and achieving sustainable growth.
