Abstract
Dinamika dan tantangan lingkungan bisnis mengharuskan perusahaan untuk beradaptasi secara cepat dan responsif terhadap perubahan. Kemampuan memenuhi harapan pelanggan melalui produk dan layanan berkualitas dengan harga kompetitif menjadi kunci keberlanjutan perusahaan. Rantai pasok yang handal memegang peranan penting dalam hal ini, tidak hanya menjamin efisiensi ekonomi, tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek sosial dan lingkungan. Pemasok yang terpercaya menjadi penopang utama untuk memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku yang berkualitas, berbiaya kompetitif, serta didukung layanan purna jual yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model terintegrasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan pemilihan pemasok dan alokasi pesanan bahan baku di PT. IKSG. Model tersebut menggabungkan pendekatan Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) dan Linear Programming. AHP digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan menentukan pilihan pemasok terbaik secara objektif, sedangkan Linear Programming digunakan untuk mengalokasikan kuantitas pesanan optimal kepada masing-masing pemasok terpilih. Penelitian berhasil mengidentifikasi kriteria pemilihan pemasok yang mendukung konsep keberlanjutan. Tiga kriteria utama yang diperoleh adalah ekonomi (bobot 63,16%), lingkungan (bobot 26,67%), dan sosial (bobot 10,17%). Kriteria ekonomi memiliki subkriteria quality (kualitas), cost (biaya), availability (ketersediaan), flexibility (fleksibilitas), delivery (pengiriman), dan financial (keuangan). Kriteria lingkungan memiliki subkriteria waste management (pengelolaan limbah), reputation (reputasi perusahaan), dan environment related certificate (sertifikat lingkungan). Kriteria sosial memiliki subkriteria right of employee (hak pekerja), working hours (jam kerja), dan worker safety (keselamatan pekerja). Dari evaluasi terhadap enam alternatif pemasok, diperoleh tiga pemasok terbaik. Alokasi pesanan bahan baku optimal secara berurutan dialokasikan kepada SDP (S1), PT (S5) dan SCG (S6).

The dynamics and challenges business environment require companies to adapt rapidly and responsively to change. The ability to meet customer expectations through high-quality products and services at competitive prices is the key to a company's sustainability. A reliable supply chain plays a crusial role in this matter, not only ensuring economic efficiency but also addressing social and environmental concerns. Reliable suppliers serve as the backbone, guaranteeing the availability of quality raw materials at competitive costs, supported by excellent after-sales service. This research aims to develop an integrated model to address the supplier selection and raw material order allocation problems at PT. IKSG. The model combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Linear Programming approaches. AHP is used to evaluate and objectively determine the best supplier choices, while Linear Programming is used to allocate optimal order quantities to each selected supplier. The research finding successfully identified the criteria for selecting suppliersa that support the concept of sustainability. The three main criteria obtained are economic (weight 63.16%), environmental (weight 26.67%), and social (weight 10.17%). The economic criterion has sub-criteria of quality, cost, availability, flexibility, delivery, and financial. The environmental criterion has sub-criteria of waste management, reputation, and environment-related certificates. The social criterion has subcriteria of employee rights, working hours, and worker safety. From the evaluation of six supplier alternatives, the three best suppliers were obtained. The optimal raw material order allocation is sequentially allocated to SDP (S1), PT (S5), and SCG (S6).
