Abstract
Rumah Potong Hewan merupakan bangunan atau kompleks bangunan yang didesain khusus untuk memenuhi persyaratan teknis dan higienis tertentu serta digunakan sebagai unit pemotongan hewan. RPH harus memenuhi persyaratan teknis yang meliputi fisik (bangunan dan peralatan), sumber daya manusia, dan prosedur teknis pelaksanaannya. Dalam kegiatan produksi, dihasilkan Limbah yang menimbulkan dampak negatif dan harus dikelola. Rumah Potong Hewan Canguk, Kota Magelang merupakan salah satu tempat penampungan dan pemotongan sapi yang sudah bersertifikasi halal, namun sayangnya belum memaksimalkan pengelolaan lingkungan dan memanfaatkan produk sampingnya sebagai nilai tambah untuk perusahaan. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis potensi penerapan produksi bersih yang sesuai dengan kondisi RPH. Sebelum menentukan jenis pengolahan yang digunakan, terlebih dahulu mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapat secara langsung dengan melakukan metode observasi lapang dan wawancara. Data sekunder dihimpun melalui sumber yang sudah ada. Setelah itu dilakukan pengolahan data dengan melakukan analisis perencanaan dan pengorganisasian untuk menentukan tujuan dan sasaran, melakukan pra-penilaian dengan mengumpulkan data kualitatif, melakukan penilaian dengan mengumpulkan informasi kuantitatif tentang konsumsi sumber daya dan timbulan limbah serta menghasilkan peluang terlaksananya produksi bersih. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan, UPTD RPH Canguk memerlukan
(1) pembuatan kompos dari rumen secara anaerobik Dengan perbandingan rumen dengan air sebanyak 1:1. Kompos dibuat di digester dengan volume digester 12,5 m3 dengan diameter digester 2 m dan kedalam 4 m. Proses pengomposan anaerobik menghasilkan gas metana (CH4) yang dapat diolah menjadi biogas sebanyak 66,7 m3/hari atau sebesar 53,47%. gas CH4; (2) alternatif pengecekan biofilter pada unit IPAL kolam anaerobik secara periodik (3) Alternatif pengolahan biologis lain dengan Anaerobic Baffled Reactor. Perhitungan dimensi unit anaerobic baffled reactor mengacu pada modul DEWATS. Efisiensi penyisihan COD 82% dan penyisihan BOD 84,3% dengan dimensi panjang x lebar x kedalaman unit settler (1,4 m x 2 m x 1,5 m) dan jumlah kompartemen 5 buah (1,4 m x 0,75 m x 1,5 m); dan (4) Alternatif pengurangan emisi CO2 dengan tanaman Sansevieria sp.

Slaughterhouse is a building or building complex especially designed to meet certain technical and hygienic requirements and is used as a slaughtering unit. RPH must meet technical requirements which include physical (buildings and equipment), human resources, and technical procedures for its implementation. In production activities, waste is generated which has a negative impact and must be managed. Canguk Slaughterhouse, Magelang City is one of the shelters and slaughterhouses for cattle that has been certified halal, but unfortunately has not maximized environmental management and utilizes its by-products as added value for the company. So it is necessary to analyze the potential for the application of clean production in accordance with the conditions of the abattoir. Before determining the type of processing used, first collect primary data and secondary
data. Primary data obtained directly by conducting field observations and interviews. Secondary data is collected through existing sources. After that, data processing is carried out by conducting planning and organizing analysis to determine goals and objectives, conducting re�assessment by collecting qualitative data, conducting assessments by collecting quantitative information about resource consumption and waste generation and generating opportunities for the implementation of clean production. This study provides recommendations for strategies that can be carried out in order to improve environmental quality, UPTD RPH Canguk requires (1) anaerobic composting with a ratio of 1:1 rumen to water. Compost is made in a digester with the volume of 12.5 m3. with a digester diameter of 2 m and a depth of 4 m. The anaerobic composting process produces methane gas (CH4) which can be processed into biogas as much as 66.7 m3/day or 53.47%. CH4 gas; (2) alternative of checking the biofilter on the anaerobic pond WWTP unit periodically (3) Alternative for other biological treatment with Anaerobic Baffled Reactor. Calculation of the dimensions of the anaerobic baffled reactor unit refers to the DEWATS module. COD removal efficiency of 82% and BOD removal of 84.3% with dimensions of length x width x depth of the settler unit (1.4 m x 2 m x 1.5 m) and the number of compartments is 5 compartement (1.4 m x 0.75 m x 1.5 m); and (4) alternative CO2 emission reduction with Sansevieria sp.
