Abstract
Gepruk Geprek, sebuah UMKM di Surabaya yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman, menghadapi kendala pada sistem pemesanan manual yang kurang efisien dan minimnya akses informasi menu serta harga. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dikembangkan sebuah website yang dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pemesanan dan penyampaian informasi kepada pelanggan. Pengembangan website ini menggunakan metodologi yang mencakup perumusan masalah, studi literatur, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, serta pengujian. Desain sistem berbasis arsitektur diterapkan untuk memastikan fleksibilitas dan efisiensi. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa website berjalan dengan baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan UMKM Gepruk Geprek. Website ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan menyediakan platform pemesanan online yang mudah digunakan. Selain itu, sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan layanan kepada pelanggan sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital di sektor usaha kecil.

Gepruk Geprek, an MSME in Surabaya engaged in the food and beverage sector, faces obstacles in the inefficient manual ordering system and minimal access to menu and price information. To overcome these problems, a website was developed that was designed to simplify the ordering process and convey information to customers. The development of this website uses a methodology that includes problem formulation, literature study, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Architecture-based system design is applied to ensure flexibility and efficiency. Testing shows that the website runs well and meets the needs of Gepruk Geprek MSME. This website is able to improve operational efficiency by providing an easy-to-use online ordering platform. In addition, this system is expected to provide added value for MSMEs in improving customer service while supporting digital transformation in the small business sector.
