Abstract
Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktik di PT. Petro Graha Medika bertujuan untuk mendukung efisiensi pengelolaan sistem informasi di rumah sakit. Kegiatan ini mencakup pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web untuk pencatatan kerusakan perangkat komputer, pengelolaan stok opname, serta pencatatan dan pengelolaan alamat IP perangkat jaringan. Selain itu, praktik ini juga melibatkan penggunaan teknik crimping RJ45 untuk mengintegrasikan jaringan lokal dan penerapan teknologi Python dengan Pandas untuk menyortir data. Aplikasi web yang dikembangkan mempermudah pencatatan kerusakan perangkat, melacak status perbaikan, dan menyajikan laporan stok perangkat secara real-time. Pencatatan IP ruangan memungkinkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan perangkat jaringan rumah sakit, sementara proses crimping RJ45 memastikan stabilitas koneksi jaringan. Teknologi Python dengan Pandas digunakan untuk menyortir data absensi dan data dokter, sehingga menghasilkan laporan yang lebih akurat dan efisien. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta mendukung pengelolaan data dan perangkat secara terintegrasi.

The implementation of the internship at PT. Petro Graha Medika aims to support the efficiency of hospital information system management. The activities include the development of a web-based application for recording computer device damage, managing stock opname, as well as recording and managing IP addresses of network devices. Additionally, the internship involves the use of RJ45 crimping techniques to integrate local networks and the application of Python technology with Pandas for data sorting. The developed web application facilitates the recording of device damage, tracks repair status, and provides real-time device stock reports. Room IP recording enables efficiency in managing hospital network devices, while the RJ45 crimping process ensures network connection stability. Python technology with Pandas is used to sort attendance data and doctor data, resulting in more accurate and efficient reports. The implementation of this system is expected to improve operational efficiency and support integrated management of data and devices.
