Abstract

Era digital telah membawa integrasi teknologi informasi ke berbagai sektor, termasuk industri perbankan. Salah satu bentuk implementasi teknologi ini adalah layanan perbankan berbasis web, seperti JConnect Internet Business Banking yang dikembangkan oleh PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Layanan ini menjadi alat penting untuk menyediakan akses perbankan yang efisien dan mudah dijangkau oleh nasabah, khususnya dalam mendukung kebutuhan bisnis mereka.Agar layanan tersebut dapat berfungsi secara optimal dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, diperlukan proses pengujian yang menyeluruh, terutama melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT). UAT bertujuan untuk memastikan layanan mampu beroperasi dengan baik di lingkungan bisnis yang nyata, sekaligus mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki potensi kesalahan. Pengujian ini juga bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi dan fitur layanan berjalan sesuai dengan harapan pengguna.Dalam hal ini, peran Quality Assurance (QA) sangat penting dalam menjamin kualitas layanan sebelum diluncurkan ke publik. Proses QA yang komprehensif akan memastikan bahwa JConnect Internet Business Banking tidak hanya memenuhi ekspektasi nasabah, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi secara efektif dalam lingkungan perbankan yang terus berkembang.

One form of technological implementation is web-based banking services, such as JConnect Internet Business Banking developed by PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. This service serves as a vital tool in providing efficient and accessible banking solutions for customers, particularly in supporting their business needs.To ensure the service functions optimally and meets user requirements, comprehensive testing is essential, particularly through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). UAT aims to ensure that the service operates effectively in real-world business environments while identifying and resolving potential errors. This testing also seeks to ensure that all functions and features perform according to user expectations.
In this context, the role of Quality Assurance (QA) is crucial in guaranteeing the service's quality before its public launch. A comprehensive QA process ensures that JConnect Internet Business Banking not only meets customer expectations but also adapts effectively to the evolving banking environment.
