Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa dampak positif bagi perusahaan, termasuk dalam hal pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk membutuhkan sistem yang efisien untuk mempermudah pelaporan dan perbaikan fasilitas internal yang rusak. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkanlah Aplikasi Laporan Kerusakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, otomatisasi proses, dan pengelolaan kerusakan yang lebih terstruktur. Tujuan kerja praktik ini adalah membantu perusahaan mengatasi masalah pelaporan kerusakan melalui pembuatan aplikasi android dan website, serta memberikan pengalaman pengembangan perangkat lunak. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan merancang alur sistem yang efektif untuk aplikasi tersebut.

The development of information technology has brought positive impacts to companies, including in the area of facility damage reporting. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk requires an efficient system to simplify the reporting and repair of damaged internal facilities. Therefore, a Damage Reporting Application was developed to enhance operational efficiency, automate processes, and manage damages in a more structured manner. The objective of this practical work is to assist the company in addressing issues related to damage reporting by developing an Android application and a website, as well as providing experience in software development. The main problem addressed is how to meet user needs and design an effective system workflow for the application.
