Abstract
Kerja praktik ini dilakukan di PT Pertamina EP Cepu Field JTB dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen dan monitoring perkakas yang digunakan untuk mempermudah personil dalam pinjam meminjam power tools. Tujuan dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempermudah pencatatan peminjaman tools, serta mempermudah untuk memonitor tools yang telah dipinjam. Sistem yang dirancang dibagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu backend dan frontend. Bagian backend terdiri dari kerangka kerja .NET yang menggunakan database Microsoft SQL Server. Sedangkan bagian frontend terdiri dari Next JS dan Tailwind CSS. Pada implementasi sistem, tools yang ada telah terdaftar pada database dan personil yang bertanggung jawab dapat mengoperasikan sistem melalui web untuk mengubah data sesuai dengan kondisi tools sesungguhnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, yaitu mempermudah pencatatan peminjaman tools, serta mempermudah untuk memonitor tools yang telah dipinjam. Sebagai saran untuk pengembangan ke depan, penambahan fitur notifikasi peminjaman terlambat kepada supervisor melalui email, pengembangan dashboard yang berisi insight dari perkakas yang dipantau dan integrasi NFC untuk otomatisasi lebih lanjut dapat dipertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem.

This internship was conducted at PT Pertamina EP Cepu Field JTB with the aim of developing and implementing a tool management and monitoring system used to facilitate personnel in borrowing and lending power tools. The purpose of developing this system is to improve operational efficiency, facilitate recording of tool loans, and facilitate monitoring of tools that have been loaned. The designed system is divided into 2 parts, namely backend and frontend. The backend consists of a .NET framework that uses a Microsoft SQL Server database. While the frontend consists of Next JS and Tailwind CSS. In the implementation of the system, tools that have been registered in the database and responsible personnel can operate the system via the web to change data according to the actual condition of the tools. The test results show that the developed system has succeeded in achieving the desired goals, namely facilitating the recording of tool loans, as well as facilitating the monitoring of tools that have been loaned. As a suggestion for future development, the addition of a notification feature for loan delays to supervisors via email, a development dashboard containing insights from monitoring tools and NFC transmission for further automation can be considered to improve system performance.
