Abstract

With the advancement of mobile technology, data management has become increasingly accessible across various aspects of life, including the telecommunications sector. PT Telkom Indonesia Regional IV Central Java aims to integrate the previously website-based Tomcat system into a mobile application to enable users to monitor data in real-time via mobile devices.

The development process for this application involves user needs analysis, user interface and experience design (UI/UX), and Android-based application development. The application utilizes PHPMyAdmin as a local database for data storage, while the Tomcat website serves as a reference for data management and testing. The implementation demonstrates that the Mobile Watch application operates effectively for local data monitoring and management. This application is developed using the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework, which connects to a local database (localhost). With this application, field technicians are expected to perform their tasks more efficiently.
