Abstract
Customer Improvement Program (CIP) merupakan sebuah proses yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas data pelanggan dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaannya melalui alur kerja yang terstruktur. Diagram alur proses ini terdiri dari lima tahapan utama, yaitu inisialisasi data pelanggan, validasi dan pembersihan data, survei lapangan, manajemen notifikasi, dan pelaporan. Tahapan awal melibatkan pengumpulan dan validasi awal data pelanggan oleh tim CIP Admin dan PIC Area, yang bertujuan memastikan kelengkapan dan akurasi data sebelum dilanjutkan ke proses berikutnya. Proses ini kemudian berlanjut ke validasi dan pembersihan data yang lebih mendalam, guna memastikan data yang digunakan memenuhi standar kualitas yang diinginkan.Survei lapangan menjadi tahapan penting untuk mendapatkan data tambahan atau klarifikasi yang dilakukan langsung oleh PIC Area. Informasi yang diperoleh dari survei ini menjadi dasar dalam manajemen notifikasi (alert management), di mana tim PIC Alert dan Area Sales Manager (ASM) mengambil tindakan terhadap peringatan atau peluang yang terdeteksi. Proses ini ditutup dengan pembuatan laporan oleh tim CIP Admin, yang menyajikan hasil akhir dari seluruh tahapan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan.

The Customer Improvement Program (CIP) is a process designed to improve the quality of customer data and optimize its management through a structured workflow. This process flow diagram consists of five main stages, namely customer data initialization, data validation and cleaning, field survey, notification management, and reporting. The initial stage involves the initial collection and validation of customer data by the CIP Admin and PIC Area teams, which aims to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data before proceeding to the next process. This process then continues to more in-depth data validation and cleaning, to ensure the data used meets the desired quality standards.Field surveys are an important stage to obtain additional data or clarification carried out directly by the PIC Area. The information obtained from this survey becomes the basis for alert management, where the PIC Alert team and Area Sales Manager (ASM) take action on detected alerts or opportunities. This process closes with the creation of a report by the CIP Admin team, which presents the final results of all stages as material for evaluation and decision making.
