Abstract
Perusahaan Perseroan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk disingkat PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk adalah sebuah badan usaha milik negara Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Laporan ini menyajikan hasil dari proyek perbaikan tampilan website yang ada di PT Telkom Indonesia. Tujuan utama dari proyek ini adalah meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan fungsionalitas keseluruhan dari website Perusahaan guna memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Secara keseluruhan proyek perbaikan website ini telah menghasilkan website yang lebih berorientasi pada pengguna yang efektif melayani kebutuhan perusahaan dan penggunanya.
