Abstract
Seiring dengan kebutuhan akan sistem yang efisien dalam pengelolaan data tenaga kerja outsourcing, PT. Telkom Indonesia mengembangkan sistem berbasis website untuk mempermudah administrasi dan monitoring. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengelola data karyawan outsourcing, termasuk kontrak, mutasi, penilaian, dan laporan. Pengembangan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka (UI/UX), serta implementasi teknologi modern seperti Express.js, React, dan Supabase. Fitur utama mencakup autentikasi, pengelolaan data karyawan, dashboard monitoring, dan pengambilan laporan real-time. Sistem ini terintegrasi dengan database menggunakan ORM Drizzle dan memanfaatkan token autentikasi untuk keamanan data. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mendukung pengelolaan data tenaga kerja outsourcing secara efisien dan terstruktur, sehingga memudahkan manajemen dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan.

Along with the need for an efficient system in management of outsourced workforce data, PT Telkom Indonesia developed a website-based system to simplify administration and monitoring. This system is designed to manage outsourced employee data, including contracts, mutations, assessments, and reports. Development involved analyzing the needs of needs analysis, interface design (UI/UX), as well as the implementation of modern technologies such as Express.js, React, and Supabase. Features of include authentication, employee data management, dashboard monitoring, and real-time report retrieval. The system system is integrated with the database using the Drizzle ORM and utilizing authentication tokens for data security. The results of implementation results show that this system supports management of outsourced labor data in an efficient and structured, making it easier for management to meet company's needs.
