Abstract

Sistem logistik berbasis eReservation dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan material consumable di Divisi Procurement. Fokus utamanya adalah digitalisasi alur kerja yang mencakup pemesanan barang habis pakai (ATK), pengajuan uang muka, dan pelaporan pertanggungjawaban uang muka. Ketiga proses tersebut diintegrasikan dalam satu platform elektronik untuk menggantikan metode manual yang selama ini digunakan. Dengan implementasi eReservation, sistem ini memberikan kemudahan dalam akses data, mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akurasi. Transformasi ini tidak hanya mengurangi beban administratif, tetapi juga mendukung pengelolaan logistik yang lebih optimal, sehingga mampu berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan operasional organisasi secara keseluruhan.

The eReservation-based logistics system is designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of consumable material management in the Procurement Division. The main focus is digitizing workflows which include ordering consumable goods (ATK), submitting down payments, and reporting on down payment accountability. These three processes are integrated into one electronic platform to replace the manual method currently used.
With the implementation of eReservation, this system provides easy access to data, speeds up the decision making process, and increases transparency and accuracy. This transformation not only reduces administrative burden, but also supports more optimal logistics management, thereby contributing to the achievement of the organization's overall operational goals.
