Abstract

Procurement adalah salah satu fungsi vital perusahaan jasa pelabuhan untuk kelangsungan operasional perusahaan. Kegiatan procurement berdampak terhadap biaya yang dibebankan perusahaan untuk membeli barang dan jasa. Selama menjalankan bisnis di bidang jasa kepelabuhan, departemen procurement sering menghadapi berbagai jenis risiko yang timbul pada proses bisnisnya. Risiko tersebut dapat berdampak pada kelancaran dalam menjalankan proses bisnis perusahaan jasa pelabuhan. Namun perusahaan belum memiliki mekanisme untuk mengelola risiko dengan efektif. Penelitian ini mengusulkan manajemen risiko pada departemen procurement dengan menggunakan kerangka House of Risk (HOR) dan monitoring matrix. Perhitungan HOR 1, risk agent yang menjadi prioritas untuk dikelola dan dilakukan tindakan pencegahan sejumlah 3 risk agent. Perhitungan HOR 2, corrective action yang dilakukan untuk melakukan pencagahan risiko di departemen procurement perusahaan jasa kepelabuhan sebanyak 6 corrective action. Penyusunan monitoring risiko dalam proses corrective action di perusahaan jasa kepelabuhan terdapat 9 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) perusahaan yang memiliki hubungan dengan 6 corrective action yang telah dianalisis. Proses penyusunan monitoring matrix tersebut juga memetakan terdapat 8 Person-inCharge (PIC) yang memiliki peran dalam proses pengelolaan risiko di departemen procurement perusahaan jasa kepelabuhan. ==================================================================================================================================
Procurement is one of the vital functions of a port service company for the continuity of the company's operations. Procurement activities have an impact on the costs charged by the company to purchase goods and services. During the course of running a business in the port service sector, the procurement department often faces various types of risks that arise in its business processes. These risks can have an impact on the smooth running of the port service company's business processes. However, the company does not yet have a mechanism to manage risk effectively. This study proposes risk management in the procurement department using the House of Risk (HOR) framework and monitoring matrix. Calculation of HOR 1, risk agents that are a priority to be managed and corrective actions are 3 risk agents. Calculation of HOR 2, corrective actions carried out to prevent risks in the procurement department of the port service company as many as 6 Corrective actions. The preparation of risk monitoring in the corrective action process in the port service company, there are 9 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the company that are related to the 6 corrective actions that have been analyzed. The process of compiling the monitoring matrix also maps out 8 Person-in-Charge (PIC) who have a role in the risk management process in the procurement department of the port service company.
