Abstract

Dalam era digital, teknologi informasi memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung proses pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Di SMAN 2 Kediri, teknologi digunakan tidak hanya untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar tetapi juga untuk operasional sekolah secara keseluruhan. Meski demikian, kebutuhan akan dukungan teknis (IT Support) masih menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam pemeliharaan perangkat, pengelolaan jaringan, serta penyelesaian gangguan teknis yang dapat menghambat kegiatan sekolah. Selama melaksanakan Kerja Praktik (KP) di SMAN 2 Kediri, kami terlibat langsung dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan teknis. Kegiatan utama yang dilakukan meliputi pemeliharaan laboratorium komputer, pemasangan kabel jaringan (crimping LAN), persiapan perangkat untuk Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN), pendataan perpustakaan, dan pengembangan sistem absensi untuk karyawan honorer.

At SMAN 2 Kediri, technology is used not only for teaching and learning activities but also for school operations as a whole. However, the need for technical support (IT Support) is still a challenge, especially in device maintenance, network management network management, as well as resolving technical disruptions that can hamper school activities. During the Practical Work (KP) at SMAN 2 Kediri, we were directly involved in solving various technical problems. technical problems. The main activities carried out include maintenance of computer laboratories, network cabling (crimping LAN), preparation of devices for the National Science Olympiad (OSN), library data collection, and the development of an attendance system for honorary employees.
