Abstract

PT. Magnesium Gosari Internasional merupakan perusahaan produksi pupuk dolomit magnesium di Indonesia yang mengemban misi penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan magnesium di Indonesia dengan produk kualitas tinggi. Produk Pupuk Magfora 20+ adalah produk unggulan dengan produksi yang terbanyak yang dirancang untuk memberikan nutrisi optimal bagi tanaman dengan cara penggunaan rutin dalam pertanian. Keberhasilan dalam menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi sangat bergantung pada kapabilitas proses produksi yang andal dan konsisten. Namun di sisi lain, masih ditemukan produk dengan standar dibawah standar perusahaan. Produk yang tidak sesuai standar harus dilakukan pengolahan ulang, tentunya hal tersebut akan menyebabkan penambahan waktu serta biaya tenaga kerja maupun operasional. Pada proses produksi juga belum pernah diteliti secara statistik dan dicari penyebabnya lebih lanjut. Maka dari itu, dilakukanlah penelitian dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas proses produksi dengan cara mengidentifikasi penyebab dan memperbaiki kekurangan dari proses produksi. Karakteristik kualitas yang digunakan adalah H20 dan kelolosan dengan mesh 100. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui proses produksi adalah peta kendali T2 Hotelling karena untuk meneliti unit dengan karakteristik cacat lebih dari satu dengan syarat dependen. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian hasil produksi akan dianalisis menggunakan diagram sebab akibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa proses produksi Pupuk Magfora sudah terkendali. Analisis kapabilitas proses diperoleh nilai 〖MC〗_p sebesar 1,46 dan MC_pk sebesar 0,65 proses produksi dikatakan tidak kapabel dimana produk memiliki presisi tinggi namun akurasi rendah.

PT. Magnesium Gosari International is a magnesium dolomite fertilizer production company in Indonesia that carries out an important mission in meeting the needs of Magnesium in Indonesia with appropriate product quality. Magfora 20+ Fertilizer products are the most widely produced superior products designed to provide optimal nutrition for plants by means of regular use in agriculture. Success in producing high-quality products is highly dependent on the capabilities of reliable and consistent production processes. But on the other hand, there are still products with a pass rate below the company's standards. Products that do not meet the standards must be reprocessed, of course this will cause additional time and labor and operational costs. In the production process, it has also never been statistically researched and the cause is further sought. Therefore, research was carried out with the aim of improving the capability of the production process by identifying the causes and correcting the shortcomings of the production process. The quality characteristics used are H20 and mesh. The statistical method used to determine the production process is the T2 Hotelling control map because it is to research units with more than one defect characteristic with dependent conditions. To find out the factors that cause the discrepancy in production results, it will be analyzed using a cause-and-effect diagram. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the production process of Magfora Fertilizer has been controlled. The analysis of process capability obtained a value of 〖MC〗_p by 1,46 and MC_pk by 0,65, the production process is said to be incapable where the product has high precision but low accuracy.
