Abstract
Kolom distilasi mempunyai beberapa variabel proses yang perlu dimonilor dan dikontrol untuk kelancaran proses di industri. Tidak semua variabe/ proses di kolom distilasi dapat dimonilor secara langsung, seperti konsentrasi produk yang hanya dapat diukur dengan gas chromatographic di laboratorium. Dalam tugas akhir ini dirancanglah sebuah soft sensor untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Soft sensor dirancang dengan teknik rekonsiliasi data bilinier steady state untuk mendapatkan nilai yang mendekati sebenamya dan persamaan Raoul! 's untuk mendapatkan estimasi konsentrasi sebagai fungsi te~man serta tekanan sebagai fimgsi temperatur yang Ielah terekonsiliasi. Hasil deteksi s.teady slate untuk kolom distilasi yang steady adalah 2 hari. Sebelum terekosiliasi di/akukan perhitungan redundansi, didapatkan produk butane tidak redundan, sehingga tl'dak dapat terekonsiliasi dan diestimasi konsentrasinya. Sedangkan produk propane redundan. Dan dapat terekonsiliasi s;ebesar ±7% dart ni/ai pengukuran dan diestimasi konsentrasinya dengan persamaan Raoult 's sebesar ±2% mendekati pengukuran laboratorium. Sedangkan produk propane yang tidak direkonsiliasi, estimasi konsentrasinya menjauhi pengukuran laboratorium + -20%.

Distillation column has several process variables that need to be monitored and controlled for smooth process in industry. Not all variables/processes in distillation column can be monitored directly, such as product concentration that can only be measured by gas chromatography in laboratory. In this final project, a soft sensor is designed to overcome this problem. Soft sensor is designed with steady state bilinear data reconciliation technique to get close to actual value and Raoult's equation to get concentration estimation as a function of temperature and pressure as a function of temperature that has been reconciled. The steady slate detection result for steady distillation column is 2 days. Before reconciliation in redundancy calculation, butane product is not redundant, so it cannot be reconciled and its concentration cannot be estimated. While propane product is redundant. And can be reconciled by ±7% from measurement value and its concentration estimated by Raoult's equation by ±2% close to laboratory measurement. While unreconciled propane products, the concentration estimates are far from laboratory measurements + -20%
