Abstract

Keterlambatan proyek terjadi ketika kegiatan proyek tidak selesai dalam jumlah waktu yang sama dengan yang direncanakan. Pada kenyataannya 50% proyek konstruksi harus ada perubahan target artinya target tersebut mengalami keterlambatan karena penjadwalan yang tidak efektif atau megeluarkan uang berlebihan dan persyaratan kineja harus dikurangi. Keterlambatan dapat diantisipasi dengan perencanaan analisis percepatan waktu pengerjaan proyek. Pada Tugas Ahir ini dilakukan penelitian dan perhitungan penjadwalan dengan metode CPM, PDM, PERT secara manual menggunakn microsoft excel dan menggunakan microsoft project serta percepatan durasi dan biaya menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO). Didapatkan hasil durasi dengan bantuan microsoft excel selalu menghasilkan hasil yang sama dengan software microsoft project dengan durasi CPM, PDM, dan PERT yaitu 2848 hari, 563 hari, 2878 dengan cadangan waktu 769 hari, 266 hari, dan 764 hari. Dari hasil analisis perbandingan durasi normal PDM yaitu 563 hari dengan percepatan durasi akibat penambahan jam lembur selama 1 jam, 2 jam, 3 jam yaitu 563 hari, 560 hari, dan 557 hari. Pada durasi normal mengeluarkan biaya Rp. 6.573.210.000 dan pada jam lembur selama 1 jam, 2 jam, 3 jam yaitu Rp. 6.579.785.530, Rp. 6.582.728.660, dan Rp. 6.585.671.834.

Project delays occur when project activities are not completed in the same amount of time as planned. In reality 50% of construction projects have to have target changes meaning that the target is delayed due to ineffective scheduling or overspending and performance requirements must be reduced. Delays can be anticipated by planning an analysis of the acceleration of project work time. In this Final Project, research and calculation of scheduling using the CPM, PDM, PERT methods manually using Microsoft Excel and using Microsoft Project and accelerating duration and cost using the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method are carried out. The results of the duration with the help of microsoft excel always produce the same results as microsoft project software with the duration of CPM, PDM, and PERT, namely 2848 days, 563 days, 2878 with a backup time of 769 days, 266 days, and 764 days. From the analysis of the comparison of the normal PDM duration of 563 days with the acceleration of duration due to the addition of overtime hours for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, namely 563 days, 560 days, and 557 days. The normal duration costs Rp. 6.573.210.000 and the overtime hours for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours are Rp. 6.579.785.530, Rp. 6.582.728.660, and Rp. 6.585.671.834.
